Amor del Mar or "Love of the Sea" is a new, 3000 square foot home boasting three large porches with beautiful direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. Designed for luxury and comfort and professionally decorated with a Florida ambiance, our home has travertine floors, ten foot ceilings throughout, elevator, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, private heated pool overlooking Shipwatch Lake, two-car garage plus additional parking, and the sound of the rolling surf. With no busy roads to cross, you have easy access to the world's most beautiful beaches just steps away!

Near Sandestin and a few blocks from Silver Sands Outlet Mall, it is convenient to all the good restaurants and shopping. As a Crescent Beach Cottage, our home has access to the amenities at the adjacent Crescent Condominiums featuring a lagoon pool, tiki bar, game room, fitness center, high speed internet, and more!

Accommodations include:
First floor: bonus room with queen sleeper sofa and wet bar off the pool area, one bedroom with two twin beds, a full bath, and laundry room.
Second floor: fully-equipped kitchen, living room/dining room with queen sleeper sofa, bedroom with queen bed, and bath.
Third floor: two bedrooms with one king bed in each, study with daybed/trundle, desk, and two bathrooms.
Fourth floor: viewing porch.

All bedrooms have TVs and DVD players. For your viewing pleasure, our home has a DLP HD big screen TV in the living room and a flat panel HD LCD TV in the bonus room. All baths have double lavatory vanities, granite countertops, and travertine showers. Master bath has a separate shower and whirlpool tub.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION: Sorry, no pets allowed and no smoking. The primary person renting must be 25 years or older and chaperoned student groups are not allowed. A $500 refundable damage deposit is required. A $150 cleaning fee is required for a stay of less than five nights.
