Had been a steady summer renter in the area for 7 years prior; decided to purchase rental property after many months of looking at possible investment opportunities in that area.
The Unique Benefits of this Cottage
Bird-watching from the deck, the peek of bridge/water/sunset view if I crane my neck wayyy out the window at the top of the stairs, the ability to walk to beach/Flo's Clam Shack. It's just the perfect little getaway.
