Great beach home, less than 300 yards to the beach. Brand new heated pool and hot tub installed in the fall of 2006! Relax on Kiawah Island at it's best! Spacious 4 Bedroom/ 4.5 Bathroom House. Fax machine, wireless internet and free long distance calls!!! Enter the home to a huge great room and dining room area. The great room has a TV, DVD, VCR, 3 couches (1 sleeper sofa). The kitchen area connects to the great room. Enjoy a breakfast area near the kitchen with a sitting area off it. The sitting area includes built in bookshelves with a TV, DVD and toys for children. A great area for young kids! Off of the main area are 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms attached (1 queen BR, 2 full BR, 1 twin, bunkbed & trundle BR) There is also a half bath and laundry area on the first floor. The large master suite is located upstairs and includes a king bed, TV, walk in closet with built in drawers. The master bathroom is off the bedroom and includes a dual head shower, large bath tub, double sink vanity. The home also has 2 baby cribs and a high chair for little ones.
