This rare three bedroom, three bath villa offers you a quiet, relaxing and elegant atmosphere. Close to Pool and tennis courts, you can bike or walk to beach. Less than a mile to the beach. Free shuttle service to the beach and other Palmetto Dunes locations via the Dunes Buggy Van. Please inquire when emailing. Our villa is furnished like a home, not a rental unit. No keys are needed as the villa has a KEYLESS ENTRY! Golf or play on any of its envied three clay tennis courts free. The villa offers a fully stocked kitchen, two bedrooms with walk-in closets are located upstairs, each with private bathrooms. The third bedroom, located on the first floor offers a bathroom with a walk in shower. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, TV's with cable, DVD players & cable.
This roomy villa offers a breakfast nook with table for four, formal dining area with seating for six. Living room with Cable TV/DVD/5 disk CD player. Cable TV/DVD is in Master bedroom and second bedroom upstairs with a safe, (again please inquire) Cable TV/DVD&VCR in third bedroom first floor. The villa offers a High Speed wireless DSL, full size washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.
Relax on the large patio, just outside the living room. The patio shares itself with lush plantings and stunning views of the fairways and lagoons. The Master bedroom also shares a similar view from its second story balcony.

Why the Owner Chose Inverness Village
Our reasons were several. First there was just so much more to offer in Hilton Head. We loved the location in that we were close to everything but still had the quiet relaxed atmosphere in a gated community.

My family had an absolute blast at your place Tom! The beach and pool were close by, bikes were great and we saw all kinds of wildlife (alligator, birds, rabbit, deer, etc) right outside the villa. The house had everything we could want including instructions on how to use everything (very nice)! We hope to be able to return in the future! Thanks again!

This was our second trip to Hilton Head and our first stay at this fantastic villa. It has all the comforts of home in a wonderful setting and the owner Tom is a pleasure to deal with. Nothing about this villa will disappoint and we are already planning our next stay!

Dear Tom, Our family enjoyed our stay at Hilton Head. The villa was great - nice and quiet with spacious bedrooms and space for our family of 5 to spread out and relax. The view of the golf course was relaxing. We rented bikes in addition to the ones you provided and enjoyed riding throughout Palmetto Dunes. We had a great week!
