This charming townhouse, on one of Florida's beautiful barrier islands, has direct access to a private beach front and the Gulf of Mexico. Located in Redington Shores, this beachside home is between Clearwater Beach to the north and St. Petersburg Beach to the south.
The wide, pristine beach is ideal for long walks, spectacular sunsets and many hours of rest and relaxation! Tired of the surf and sand? Relax at the pool or hop the Trolley to John's Pass and beyond for a dolphin cruise, shopping or a delicious seafood dinner.
Our 1235 square foot "beach house" is a three story unit with a private one-car garage on the bottom floor providing plenty of storage space for suitcases, sandy beach items and much more. One additional reserved parking space is available right outside the front door.
Up one level is the main living area with eat-in kitchen, dining room, and living room with fireplace and queen sleeper-sofa. A half-bath is also on this level. French doors lead from the living room to an outdoor balcony - perfect for enjoying your morning coffee!
Two bedrooms and two baths on the top floor allow early risers and late sleepers to exist in harmony. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a double vanity bathroom and a private balcony. The guest bedroom has one double bed, one twin bed and an adjacent bathroom. Laundry area with full size washer and dryer and vaulted ceilings complete this floor.

Professional sports include baseball's Tampa Bay Rays with plenty of Spring Training games in the area (Yankees, Devil Rays, Blue Jays, Pirates, etc.). Football's Buccaneers and hockey's Lightening. Excellent shopping at Baywalk in Saint Petersburg, the International Plaza in Tampa or the Prime Outlet Mall in Ellenton, superb Restaurants abound nearby.
