Cozy cottage in the north of Ciutadella, on a plot of about 400 meters. It runs along a road that leads to Punta Nati, about 4 km from the house and from where you can see part of the north coast of the island.
It has a kitchen and living room in the same room, bathroom and two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other with two trundle beds. It also has a laundry room and barbecue outside.

Un lugar especial

Hemos estado muy a gusto. Una zona muy tranquila y cerca de Ciutadella. El trato con la propiedad de 10, tanto Manolo como su madre Francisca encantadores y con detalles muy cercanos. Un fuerte abrazo a Francisca y Manolo. Repetiremos seguro!

Super séjour

Très jolie maison au calme à 5 min de Ciutadella. Agréable jardin bien entretenu et la piscine est vrai plus ! Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour.

Mucho mejor que en las fotos

Las fotos no hacen justicia, esta encantadora finquita es mucho, mucho más s. Aislada pero a 5 minutos en coche o 25 caminando del centro de ciudadela, un jardin muy bien cuidado y precioso, con una piscinita, una barbacoa y unas buenas tumbonas, mesita y sillas para desayunar en el porche. Por dentro una casita sencilla, con su cocina, mesa, nevera, con todo el menaje necesario. Baño renovado y perfecto, habitación pequeña supletoria y habitacion grande con armario y cama de matrimonio. Manolo un 10 como anfitrión, con detalles en forma de queso, tomates y huevos incluidos. Si hubiese que poner alguna pega, la falta de algun material basico el primer dia (no había jabon de manos ni servilletas, solo medio rollo de papel higiénico...) y la limpieza de algunos de los rincones de la casa y el menaje. En resumen, un sitio de ensueño para desconectar, cuasiperfecto salvo los mencionados detalles. Muchísimas gracias por todo!

Un petit havre de paix

Nos vacances dans le chalet de Francisca furent très agréables. Les photos du chalet correspondent parfaitement à la réalité. Il est très bien équipé, le jardin, entouré d'oliviers est vraiment reposant. L'environnement est calme tout en étant proche de Ciutadella. Nous avons fait la connaissance de Francisca; C'est une personne charmante. Bref, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!
