The 4 Gables one of the most spacious and upscale lakefront homes in the area. It sleeps 10 and was formerly the Kokanee Lodge and Resort. It has been fully remodeled complete with central heat and air and is perfect for vacations, family reunions, weddings, and corporate retreats. In combination with the Carson Chalet A frames, it can accommodate up to 22 people comfortably.
The main level of the lodge provides a great room, dining room, and open gourmet kitchen that leads to the backyard and patio making it easy to cook or barbecue for large groups. There is a main level bedroom and main level bathroom. There are three large bedrooms upstairs and a hall bathroom with shower. The massive stone fireplace and spiral staircase create an awesome atmosphere and great photo memories of your stay.
They are available year round - *rent one, two or all three.* Patios and decks have great views of the lake and Dyer Mountain and are perfect for barbecuing.
Boat slip and trailer parking are included at no additional charge or walk to the launch area and rent a boat or jet ski. Bailey Creek golf course is just minutes away.
Located on a private road just outside the country club gate on Peninsula Drive.
The Peninsula Market just down the street has hundreds of wines in many vintages. Perfect for picking up any grocery item including a great selection of gourmet foods. Many restaurants are close and convenient, don't miss taking your boat across the lake to Plumas Pines Restaurant for patio dining on the deck overlooking the lake.
