This one family beach resort pier home has one of the best locations in the village, with plenty of room and privacy as you enjoy your morning cup of coffee out on the huge deck or covered verandah overlooking the canals and lighted water fountain behind the house!
This home is unique to the village, as it is fully equipped to house large family gatherings or families vacationing together with separate living quarters, each with two bedrooms.
The upstairs living area has a king-size bed in master bedroom with full, private bath, TV and DVD. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and second full bath off hallway. The kitchen offers all the amenities of home, with built-in stove, new refrigerator with ice maker, full-sized dishwasher, microwave, a center island cooktop, wraparound bar for casual dining, as well as a full dining area. There is also a washer and dryer upstairs for your convenience. The living room is large and spacious, with new 42-inch Samsung HD Color TV (complete with deluxe digital cable package), surround sound home theater system, CD player, DVD, and wireless high-speed internet connection!
Cook out over the beautiful new gas grill while enjoying yourself relaxing out on the huge deck or side covered verandah. There is also a private outdoor shower which feels great after those long, hot days at the beach.
The downstairs unit has two huge bedrooms with queen-sized beds, and one shared bath. The larger bedroom also has a trundle bed, with 2 twins. The kitchen is entirely new - countertops, refrigerator with ice maker, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. There is ample seating in the dining area, and a cozy living room with two couches and a new 42-inch HD color TV (complete with deluxe digital cable package), DVD, and wireless high-speed internet connection. The entire house is immaculately kept for your enjoyment.
This home also comes equipped with a beautiful, high-end golf cart for your travels back and forth to the beach and around the village, complete with rear chair rack and fold out back seating! This pier home has everything needed for that dream vacation at the beach!
Oceanside Village is a private, gated community between Surfside and Garden City Beach. It houses an indoor and outdoor pool (three-minute walk from house), lighted tennis courts and a basketball court, baseball practice field, and park area with equipment for the little ones. Just a short walk or ride finds you in the sand and surf next to one of the favorite dining spots, "The Conch Cafe." Private beachfront parking is available for community renters and residents. The village is only a few minutes drive north to Myrtle Beach and area attractions, or south to Murrells Inlet and Pawley's Island for great seafood dining, night life, and specialty shops.

My friends and I recently stayed in the house for a week. We had a great time. It worked out great for us because I have a friend who can't walk up steps so she stayed downstairs and had the place to herself.Everything you need for a comfortable stay is in this house.I would reccomend this house to anyone coming to the Surfside Beach area. My family had a great vacation. We had all of the comforts of home, including Wi Fi which has become a necessity with the grandchildren. Kevin was very helpful in answering my questions. We would love to spend 2011 Thanksgiving here also. Kitchens were very complete and we were able to prepare Thanksgiving Dinner with help from Bi Lo which is near by. We had 11 people and it was very comfortable for all. Dogs did well on the upper deck.

We stayed here for the 4th of July holiday week. The location and vacation home were perfect for us. We had a problem with a water leak the first night we arrived but it was quickly corrected the following morning. The property owner was very responsive and personally handled everything. The inside furnishings were the best we have found in the area. The golf cart and grill were also high quality. We are looking forward to coming back in 2011! We had a GREAT time staying at Kevin's house in June. We really enjoyed the huge deck upstairs which was perfect for our evening family gathering for the 9 of us. Our dog Ruby enjoyed people watching from the deck, and the house dog toys kept her entertained. Nice touch! The kitchen, dining room and bar area were perfect for prep of our meals. The new Weber grill (same as mine at home) on the deck was the final touch. The L-shaped couch in the living room was the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or golfing. Unlike some hotels, the beds were all very soft and comfortable. Having a new upscale golf care was a plus. No having to stand in line for golf cart rental at the office. The pool is a short walk down the street. We enjoyed this house and we recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect place to enjoy a vacation at the beach!

Jennifer & Kevin: We just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our vacation this year. The beach house was wonderful. It was very clean and we felt at home there. Piper our Italian Greyhound really enjoyed the deck. She would sit there every evening and watch people go by. It was so quiet. You have a great place and hopefully we can stay there next year. Our extended family thoroughly enjoyed the use of this property (4 generations ages 76 years to 1 month). Paul's Mom was able to move throughout the lower level in her wheelchair. The house was very clean and there were no pet odors detected either. Thanks for the use of your home and golf cart for the week.

Jennifer was a delight to deal with. She gave us a lot of information and was always available to answer our questions. Our whole family enjoyed the place and the amenities of Oceanside Village were great for a family with young kids. The fact that our Lab, Cole, was able to come made the vacation even more enjoyable. There were even toys for her to play with while we were there. One of them she loved so much she tried to take it home with her. Thanks again!!

What a wonderful place to stay. Our schnauzers loved the porch and esp. the golf cart. The grill was great and we so enjoyed having meals and playing cards at the nice table on the deck. It was one of the nicest places we have stayed in Oceanside Village. Will return to this home again if at all possible.

Amazing, the house is beautiful, large and very clean. The gated porch is great for the dogs also, and the pet toys that Jen supplies are a great perk. The golf cart was perfect, and best of all the private beach access, parking and bathrooms afforded only to Oceanside Village residents was great. Overall we WILL be back again. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a wonderful time at this home. plenty of space, privacy and creature comforts. It's like you are staying a a friends home, and you have everything you need to relax, and the location in the communiity and surrounding area is fantastic. We would love to stay there again!
