This classy old gal is nearly 100. Her generous and gracious living and dining rooms have high ceilings, crown moldings, and rich maple floors. French doors lead up the open stairs to find spacious rooms including a master with a gorgeous, four-poster, queen-size bed. The kitchen and baths are modern, fun, and fully equipped.
Decked in an eclectic style all her own she is a country gal high up on one-point-four acres secluded by trees. The open yard is complete with grill, patio and furniture, private fire pit and a HOT TUB. Catch a lake breeze while relaxing on the big front porch. The driveway has enough space for extra cars and trailers so bring your toys (Kayaks upon request).
There are many activities in the area, ROAD AMERICA racing and events, fine and casual restaurants, water sports, fishing, hiking, biking, walking and gawking, farmers and artisans markets, antiques, galleries, museums, water parks, shops, tours, deep-water fishing, and THERE IS GOLF EVERYWHERE. There are 3 Chambers of Commerse to help with additional trip planning.

July 24-26, 2009 Had a wonderful time on our first family vacation with infant Aria! We took full advantage of the hot tub, fire pit and rocking baby to sleep on the front porch! Mauthee Lake was a fairly short drive away, so family dog Riley got to swim at the pet friendly boat launch! The weather was great and we hope to make it back soon! What a charming home you have here on “Stoney Hill”! As I was the first to arrive- I was pleasantly surprised as I toured the home , room by room admiring both the age of the home & its Décor. This truly has been a most relaxing, fun and memorable week. Some of us enjoyed the Kayaks, or hot tub or just sitting on the porch. We all enjoyed the Apples to Apples game!! I especially liked the fact you have FOUR great bathrooms in the home, not to mention, a dishwasher, washing machine & dryer. Your home is in a great location, too!
