This was a beautiful and comfortable home. The decor was modern-southwest with beatiful furniture, rugs, art and color scheme. The kitchen was well appointed with quality kitchenware. Walking distance to the old square. The rooftop deck has a great 360 degree view. The only drawback is the noise from the garage door late at night and early in the morning. We absolutely loved our stay there and would stay again.

Our overall experience was a good one. We loved the location, just a few blocks north of the plaza. We also loved spending time on the roof deck to see the sunset and to feel the warmth of the Santa Fe sun. The unit is nicely decorated, however lacked the cleanliness attention to detail we like to see. There is no dishwasher and the bathroom is quite small.

This condo is perfect for a weekend getaway or longer. About 2 blocks from the center of town, walking to dinner, the square, galleries, etc. is very easy. The condo is very clean, nicely decorated, and stocked with everything that you need and more. Both the rooftop terrace and downstairs balcony offer great, private outdoor escapes. We had 4 girls staying in the unit and it was perfect for us, but I can see how it might be a bit small for other groups as there is only one bathroom. Also might not recommend to those with mobility issues as there are 2 sets of stairs. Although you don't necessarily need a car, it is nice to be able to go get groceries (we were happy staying in, hanging out on the rooftop more than one of the nights) and get outside of town. The owner was very nice and helpful with the booking process and there was zero confusion upon arrival. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning one day!

My wife and I spent two weeks in Santa Fe (July 2011). We visit every year but typically for shorter durations and stay at a hotel. This is our first experience using any VRBO property. First, I must say that the owners of this property were very nice and easy to deal with. Their place is within walking distance of the plaza assuming that one is able to walk ~ a mile with some up and down hill. We drove in and really appreciated that this unit has a garage. The unit has several nice features such as a roof-top deck, washer/dryer, cable and wi-fi. While we were unable to hike due to the wild fires, we did do a couple of things that we hadn't done before: watched the bronze pouring at the Sindoni Foundry and took a day trip to Fort Union National Monument. We tried out the Tune Up Cafe which had been featured on Diners, Drive Ins and Dives. Thought that the food was good, different from the typical Santa Fe New Mexican cuisine.

This is a wonderful place to stay with a cozy atmosphere, comfortable beds, and a great fireplace. It is within walking distance of many of Santa Fe’s highlights like Old Square, and Canyon Rd. In fact we didn’t use our car during our stay accept for arriving and leaving! The garage door opening/closing is loud but not frequent. I’m sure we’ll be back!

We loved our stay at the townhouse. Comfy beds, fully supplied kitchen utensils, and relaxing sitting area around the fireplace made everything even better. I was happy to find pantry stocked with basic seasonings as well as first aid kit. (thanks for the bandages!) Our favorite restaurant within walking distance was La Boca. The tapas were amazing with wine list comparable. Thanks to Lan for info on the area. She was very helpful with information about Santa Fe. Ten Thousand Waves wasn't far up the hill if you are looking a little bliss. I would recommend Bandalier Nation Monument for a perfect outing. The International Folk Art Museum was exceptional as well. Hope to return this winter.

This is a well appointed two bedroom residence over a three car garage. There is a spiral staircase, which is steep, going up to the roof and down to a backyard garden with a fountain. The views from the roof are lovely and the garden is peaceful. One of the garages is available for you to park your car. The other two belong to the next door neighbors who come and go early in the morning and late at night. You can hear the garage door going up and down. The home is very comfortable and well located, about a three block downhill walk into town.
