If you are looking for front row seats for the sunset, dolphin or just people watching show, this is the condo for you. It overlooks the beautiful wide white sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico complete with a sea breeze. We have upgraded most things in the condo and take great pride in the cleanliness and what we have to offer our guests.

You could be taking spectacular pictures from one of our two private balconies in our condo or just sit on the private beachfront balcony on our top floor Condo unit 503. You will be able to enjoy the view of the Gulf everywhere you look since this condominium is an end unit and therefore has extra windows in the living room as well as a balcony off of the guest bedroom as well as off the living room. Our condo is quieter than some because not only do we not have overhead noise but we also are on the opposite side of the Vistas pool and two gates leading to the pool and beach.

Staying in our condo on the beach gives you an alternative to staying in a hotel and can be a money saving vacation. You will not have to be tipping someone everytime you want your car and you can either stay in and cook at any hour in the fully equipped kitchen, grill out on one of the two gas grills near the pool or walk to a variety of nearby restaurants for your meals. You don't even have to have a car because many things are within walking distance and if you choose to go further you can catch the trolley. You will not have to share a single room with the children or other guests and have two full bathrooms. If you want to pack lighter, there is a free washer and dryer right in the condo and our condo offers a very private balcony. The fact that there are a smaller number of condos in the building also means you are not in crowds of people at the pool or in front of the building on the beach. You will have a reserved parking space directly next to the elevator for convenience and because we pay a fee you will have access to the onsite office for assistance and/or any maintenance that is needed during your stay.

Our fifth (top) floor luxury smoke free condo is a direct Gulf beachfront condo that was completed, April 2003. Since that time we have done many things to upgrade this condo unit so it is more like a beach home than many condos. It faces the Gulf of Mexico with no other structures separating you from the view of the surf. You will not be looking around the corner at the beach. You will be looking directly at it from the living room balcony. This condo rents Saturday to Saturday with a one week minimum. The living room's private balcony directly faces the Gulf, then wraps around with a panoramic view to the North along this beautiful beach. This condo is beachfront, not just a condo in a beachfront building or a waterfront condo, which may not be on the beach. You will not have to cross busy Gulf Blvd. to get to a public walkway to the beach either. The building has free wi-fi service. Many things have been updated by us in this condo since it was built. We added french doors to the guest room (many of the condos in this building do not have a door on the second bedroom) replaced living room chairs, added a full size coffee table, new bedroom carpeting, upgraded cookware and dishes, additional kitchen cabinetry, upgraded queen mattress and box springs, added a lounge chair and table to main balcony, along with many accessories and pictures that will make you feel like you are in a vacation home, not a vacation condo

This is a very private condominium unit. Even when you are on the balcony you aren't aware of the other condos in the building or the occupants. This is because it is a beachfront corner and because of the location, does not have an window on an outside hallway.

The guest bedroom, opens onto the furnished second private balcony with a view along the North shoreline and across to the inter-coastal waters.

The condominium is tastefully furnished and equipped with all the comforts and conveniences of home, including granite counter tops in the fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. The living room has two new comfortable swivel side chairs that recently replaced the uncomfortable side chairs that was part of the original furniture with the unit. You will find many personal touches because we use our condo as a vacation home every two to three months throughout the year.

It has both elevator and stair access. The building is smoke free and pets are not permitted.

The condo will accommodate four adults or two adults and two children comfortably. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom (sitting room) is furnished with a trundle bed, that converts into two twin beds that can be pushed together. The guest room has a dresser, TV, and bedside stand and has a bathroom right next to the bedroom. The closet for this room is in the adjacent hallway. There is a pull out queen sofa in the living room and an available room divider that can be used for privacy when using the sofa as a bed.

We purchased a reserved parking space for this condo under the building and directly next to the elevator. There are no additional guest parking spaces available when the building reaches a certain occupancy percentage.

This unit is centrally located on St. Pete Beach within walking distance of a shopping center and many excellent restaurants so you can park the car for the week and forget using it unless you want to do some exploring of this great area. There also is a beach trolley for transportation.

Why the Owner Chose St. Pete Beach

We both love the beach. We wanted to find a beach that was not only wide, but had fine white sand. It needed to be long enough for uninterupted walks. Also we wanted a beach that was good for swimming and water sports. We looked for an area that met our desire to be close to sporting and cultural events as well as a variety of shopping and restaurants. The location of this condo met all of our needs.
It is centrally located which means we can take a shuttle from the airport and not even bother having a car or if we have a car it is an easy drive to and from the airport.
We use our condo frequently and think of it more as a vacation home, than an investment. We have family in the St. Pete area so we have furnished it for entertaining as well as vacation.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium

We have come to know the area well and enjoy being able to have our meals in or dining at some of the best restaurants in the country. We are sports fans and find getting to a Rays or Bucs game a highlight of many trips. We also find having two major cities nearby a big advantage. It really is more than a vacation spot for us as we take advantage of many of the cultural events in both St. Petersburg and Tampa.
Most of all, we both enjoy the beach. We feel very fortunate to have beachfront property and will never take that view for granted.

The two of us purchased this condo after having spent many vacations on various beaches around the country. We knew we wanted strictly a beachfront condo where we could sit on the balcony in the mornings with a cup of coffee and enjoy watching the dolphins. In the evening we wanted to be able to sit on our balcony with a glass of wine and enjoy the sunsets overlooking the beach. It truly is our corner of paradise.

    • After having spent a week riding Harleys down to The Keys and back, the thought of spending time in a condo on the beach was most welcoming, and this is what this place is. It is everything the write up says, and more. It was so relaxing not having to worry about maids coming in and just being 'at home'. We will definitely be coming back and would recommend this condo to everyone, hopefully you will enjoy it as much as we have.

      We are coming to the end of our month inyour heavenly condo and we don't want to go home!!! There are vacations, but ours has been truely outstanding, largely due to condo 503 for it hasn't been a condo rental but a loan of your home on the beach. Your perfect decor and attention to detail are beyond criticism for which we applaud you both. This has been our 6th time to St. Pete but first time not in a hotel, ad we must say that is has been the best decision we have every made.

      I wasn't sure if I would like staying in a condo. We've always stayed at hotels until this year and I wasn't thrilled about not having daily maid service, but it has gotten harder and harder to find a hotel that's nice yet small. We hate the way the build high-rises then cram so many people into so few feet of beach frontage. Anyway we found your condo on the internet and decided to give it a try. I found I loke condo living much more than a hotel. My husband, two daughters and I rotated days doing the vaccuming and it worked out just fine. I believe this may have been our best vacation ever and a large part of that was due to our gorgeous and spacious accomodations! I'm really hoping we can come back here again next year. Thanks for your phone call too- it was very thoughtful of you. Can't think of a thing I would change other than I'd like to stay longer if we couldn. My family really enjoyed it too-especially have 2 bathrooms! Hate to see it end.
