Fantastic place to stay on the beach!

My family rented this condo this year (October 15-22, 2011) for our annual trip to St. Pete Beach. We have been going to the same area for the last 5 years but wanted to try a condo this year after a bad vacation in a local resort motel last year. Finding this condo was the best find ever! The condo had everything listed in the ad and more and well exceeded our expectations. We plan to stay here in the future and will recommend it to everyone we know. The condo was great inside and it appears the owner has made many additions that have made it feel like your home away from home. The staff on site are also exceptional and we loved every minute of our stay. Can't wait to return!

My wife and I chose this condo for our stay when we attended a wedding at the Don Cesar. We could not have been more pleased by our choice. The condo is exactly as shown in the pictures and the view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and pelicans each morning as we ate breakfast on the balcony. The sunsets from here were awesome as well. Just fire up the blender and enjoy. My wife's sister and her daughter shared the second room for two nights. It is a small room,but they had no complaints at all. The balcony on this room even has a nice view of the beach and water. Having a small washer and dryer in a closet was very useful since we didn't have to bring a lot of clothes. This also came in handy when we first arrived since a bottle of hair mousse leaked on most of my shirts and I was able to wash them right away. The beach is beautiful and wide with a big dune between it and the building. The dune actually adds a bit of privacy for the pool area. There are several places for food and cocktails nearby. We had a fantastic pizza at Gigi's one night and enjoyed football at The Undertow and Sandbar Bill's(the burgers are great here too). Walgreen's is only a very short walk away. The trolley is very convienient and cheap. You can get anywhere up the coast. We will definitely try to stay here when we come to visit again.

The condo was beautiful. All the conveniences of home with maginificant surroundings, and an awesome view from the main patio. From the moment we arrived we were very comfortable and had everything at our fingertips, even beach toys for the kids. When the time came to leave we checked to see if the unit was vacant for a few extra days, we didn't want to leave. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We look forward to future visits to this condo.

We had the BEST time!!! The condo was extremely clean and well kept! Sitting out on the balcony every morning drinking coffee in shorts and a tank top is the only way to be!! St. Pete Beach is just Beautiful! It was every thing we were needing and more. We enjoyed taking the ferry ride to Egmont Keys, having lunch at Sea Critters in Pass-A-Grille and small out of the way place on the blvd called Wahoo were just a few places we had great food. For night life Jimmy B's is perfect! Also Caddy's. Watching the dolphins playing is great! Before we even got home my husband asked about next year LOL. So YES we will be back and recommend staying here! Next time we hope to beable to stay longer then 1 week. To much to see and do. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I would like to thank the owners for giving us the chance to stay in this corner of paradise. We loved the place: it is very calm, very clean and what a way to relax and enjoy the wonderful sunsets. After having spent a week riding Harleys down to The Keys and back, the thought of spending time in a condo on the beach was most welcoming, and this is what this place is. It is everything the write up says, and more. It was so relaxing not having to worry about maids coming in and just being 'at home'. We will definitely be coming back and would recommend this condo to everyone, hopefully you will enjoy it as much as we have.

This condo was absolutly wonderful. The view was beautiful and the condo was very clean and well kept. The owner added lots of extras so it felt like home. I would definately rent this unit again. Thank you to the owners that so graciously opened their home away from home to us for a week.

What a beautiful week in St Pete Beach. We come every year and this is the best Gulf/Ocean front view we've ever had. Only trouble is-we don't want to leave.

We are coming to the end of our month inyour heavenly condo and we don't want to go home!!! There are vacations, but ours has been truely outstanding, largely due to condo 503 for it hasn't been a condo rental but a loan of your home on the beach. Your perfect decor and attention to detail are beyond criticism for which we applaud you both. This has been our 6th time to St. Pete but first time not in a hotel, ad we must say that is has been the best decision we have every made.

I wasn't sure if I would like staying in a condo. We've always stayed at hotels until this year and I wasn't thrilled about not having daily maid service, but it has gotten harder and harder to find a hotel that's nice yet small. We hate the way the build high-rises then cram so many people into so few feet of beach frontage. Anyway we found your condo on the internet and decided to give it a try. I found I loke condo living much more than a hotel. My husband, two daughters and I rotated days doing the vaccuming and it worked out just fine. I believe this may have been our best vacation ever and a large part of that was due to our gorgeous and spacious accomodations! I'm really hoping we can come back here again next year. Thanks for your phone call too- it was very thoughtful of you. Can't think of a thing I would change other than I'd like to stay longer if we couldn. My family really enjoyed it too-especially have 2 bathrooms! Hate to see it end.

I really liked your condo! It's sooooo beau-u-tiful! We all really liked watching the sun go down at night and tanning with it in the day. Thank you for your great condo. It was enough space for my family of 5. We watched the sunset nightly. All the televisions came in handy when down time was needed. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities and then some. We added a stroller for other guests. The extra chairs and toys came in handy. The weather, water, waves and pool were just what we needed. We ate out a few times. After 10 days here, I absolutely loved it. Many memories for my husband and 3 girls.
