We were very fortunate to find this place. So often when one invests in beach property, you end up with a condo well worn by the previous owner. This was a second home which the family used infrequently. That did not stop us from making it even better. I'm not sure what to call the level beyond perfection but that's what we strive for. Let us share it with you. It's so relaxing and comfortable, you might just stay inside and read a good book.
Our three bedrooms have the following: queen, double, and two twins. There are two full baths. We’re on cable and each TV has a DVD and/or a VCR. The wet bar adds convenience when dining and hanging out.
It is not enough to start with a place in pristine condition. You must have a good housekeeper. Our housekeeper gives the condo extra attention because she doesn't have a long list of rentals to clean, and she is paid directly by the owners (and is responsible to them). All linens and towels are provided. The beds will be freshly made upon your arrival. The maintenance is perfect too because we provide you with a direct link to our repair people for those occasional emergencies. Your vacation is not only something that is important to you, but something for which we feel responsible. After all, we want you to love Emerald Isle as we do, and we want you to come back to stay as OUR guests.
Our location is among the best at Emerald Isle (click on link below for information about Emerald Isle and the area). After much research, we selected our condo because of the convenience of Pebble Beach (click on link below for additional information regarding Pebble Beach). At your fingertips: tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, fitness center and, of-course, you are just steps away from the beach. Our location just across the Emerald Isle bridge means no waiting in long lines to pick up keys and arrive at your destination. We even have a well equipped shopping center within walking distance.
Basically, there are five factors in making a beach rental decision: is the rental well decorated and comfortable, is it big enough to meet your needs, how close it is to the beach, what are the amenities and what is the price. Look at our rates listed below and note that our pricing is better when comparing us with the rest (you know, apples to apples). If you don't agree, we want to hear from you. We are competitive because we have done our home work and we charge only a 6.75% "hotel" tax (as compared to 12% for others) and the cleaning/linens/bed making fee is low. You will also find that the big property management companies have "hidden costs" and add on fees for their services. With us, what you see is what you get!! Weeks June thru August are Saturday to Saturday. 6.75% NC Sales Tax.
$125 for cleaning,linen/towels and bed making. Holiday weeks add $150
$150 REFUNDABLE key/gate card and security deposit. Monthly/long-term off season
rentals available (October-April) and are negotiable.
We will beat lowest posted 3 bedroom Pebble Beach condo rate by $50.
