Why the Owner Chose Chandler
We first visited the Phoenix area in 1994 on our honeymoon and we've been hooked to the sunny blue skies, warm weather, green golf courses and beautiful sunsets ever since. Over the years we've stayed at several rental properties and hotels. We eventually got tired of hotels with no privacy, cold pools and missed the freedoms we enjoy at home. We decided the next trip we’d splurge, pay a little extra and rent a house with all the amenities; what a vacation that turned out to be. All the room and freedom of our own home, large private back yard, our own bed room, a warm pool/spa and a beautiful lake view to enjoy coffee in the morning and wine at night. We loved the house so much we decided we had to have one for ourselves. We started our search for the perfect home; one we could keep for ourselves and share with others. We looked for two years with no real success. Then one day the realtor called and said "Hawthorns not on the market but it’s for sale; do you want to make an offer?" We jumped at the chance to own the home we fell in love with two years ago. We feel so lucky to own such a beautiful home. Best of all, we get to share our home with other wonderful people like you! We stayed at this beautiful house for a family members wedding in the area. The house had a pack n play which was great for our toddler. The house was very clean and they were flexible to allow us to check in early with no extra charge. The pool and patio were a must have since the weather was 85. Overall - great choice! The only negative comment about the house was that all bedrooms were upstairs which made it difficult for my 75 year old grandmother.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Four retired guys who enjoy baseball and golf had a truly wonderful time playing the Ocotillo courses and watching Giants spring training baseball at the park. Returning to the comforts of this great home after an active day was perfect. We enjoyed the barbeque and the pool and relaxing in a pleasant environment provided by this house. We all want to come back next year.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+.

We just stayed 3 weeks and had a blast. We have stayed at many VRBO homes in Chandler but this one tops our list. Everything that the home owner declared was exactly right. We were able to invite family to visit and had plenty of room. Pool and Hot-Tub was great. Golf Golf bring the clubs great deal at the ocotillo course. We would recommend this property in a heart beat. Thanks we will be back.
