    We stayed a week and enjoyed our stay here more than any house we've rented in Ocean Lakes. Clean and well kept. Loved the leather recliners. The kids loved the video games that were provided. The golf cart was included in the price which was great. We received our deposit back pretty quick so no problems there. This is the house we plan to rent for years to come.

    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

    Mr. Dame was very accommodating! Our first phone call to our arrival time was all within 3 hours. The place is clean and the golf cart is really nice! The two recliners are a nice addition and the children loved the bunk beds. It is also in a great location. My four-year-old and I walked to the beach.

    I have no complaints with the house itself. Our stay there was nice and our family enjoyed our time there. After several phone calls and emails stating we would receive our deposit back I have yet to receive it. I was told the delay was due to sickness. I've given ample time to have my deposit returned and since this property is still being rented I'm assuming all is well.

    Owner response: Please look at the dates on this comment. He rented in July 2010 and made the comment one full year later in July 2011. I sent him a $200 money order, Western Union said it was cashed and signed by Reide. It's possible someone in his family cashed the money order or maybe he cashed it and a year later forgot about it. Please look at all my reviews before making a decision about this comment .... I promise I return all deposits promptly, if I didn't I would have numerous complaints

    We have been using this house for the past three years- twice a year (in early Spring and in Early Fall). Thank you so much for sharing your house with us and making a family vacation affordable!     What an awesome time we had. This was our first time at this house and we loved it. We are definitely looking forward to our next visit.

    Owner response: These families stayed about 2 months. They were nice enough to do minor repairs and extra cleaning during their stay .... I couldn't have picked better tenants.

    Two years in a row at 1310 Snapper we have enjoyed our stay at Ocean Lakes, more than any other place we have rented. Clean, neat, well-kept, just what we needed. Thanks for the great trips! October is the best time for the beach: quiet, restful, and cool. See you next year.

    Owner response: I can always count on the Gibsons to leave the home just they way they found it. Tenants don't get much better than this ..... you're right about Sept and Oct, it's a super time to vaction at Ocean Lakes, the peace and quiet and warn fall weather make a great combination.

    This rental was just right for our much needed vacation getaway. This was our family's first trip to the beach during the less crowded off-season, which was really nice and much cooler. Staying here and having the use of the golf cart really allowed us to relax while we were in Ocean Lakes. Thank you for renting to us. We hope to use your rental property again in the future as we plan for upcoming vacations.
