The Richard Cabin is located in the quiet McKinney Estates neighborhood and is perfect for a secluded mountain getaway. Just a few blocks from the Rubicon Trail with miles of forest to explore and only minutes to Homewood Mountain Ski Resort a vacation here will satisfy any outdoor enthusiast no matter what the season. In the summer, Chamber’s public sandy beach is just a short drive away. One full wall of windows overlooking the private landscaped yard brings in lots of light. No matter if you’re grilling on the sunny back deck or snuggling up inside with the woodstove the Richard Cabin has every amenity to make you feel right at home. The kitchen has recently been updated along with new floors in the living area. This home is also equipped with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, telephone, DSL internet access, DVD, stereo with CD, woodstove & charcoal BBQ, patio table with umbrella and chairs (weather permitting.)
