Once part of an old grocery store, this circa 1890’s condo was restored in the early part of 2000 and recently redecorated. This is an outstanding restoration on this building. The cottage is quite charming with its high ceilings, hardwood and tiled floors, and private bricked patio.
The living room is decorated beautifully with an Oriental rug and country French furnishings. It houses a queen sleeper sofa and an entertainment center with cable TV, DVD player and stereo. The spacious kitchen is equipped with upgraded appliances and all that you would need including coffee maker, toaster, coffee grinder, etc. The sun-filled bedroom has a queen bed with luxurious down bedding and overlooks the private patio.
