The Shoppes sit on a boardwalk on the intercoastal waterway with plenty of outside seating. No need to drive anywhere!

Our family of four enjoyed a fabulous vacation at this luxurious beachfront property. It is perfectly situated on a wonderfully wide stretch of Sand Key's powdery beach. The condominium is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. There are high-end linens in the spacious bedrooms and pristine baths. The full ktichen has all you need to enjoy cocktails and supper al fresco on the fabulous porch, overlooking the large pool and Gulf of Mexico. When we didn't feel like dining in we simply strolled across the street to any of the several restaurants, including the world famous and delicious Columbia! No need to bring toys for the surf or towels for the beach and pool - the gracious owners have truly thought of everything, so you don't have to.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My family had such a wondeful stay in this condo. The decor was nice yet comfortable, and perfect to have two kids in lounging in when we werent down on the beach or at the pool. The beach is top-notch, the pool and hot tub were fun when we needed a beach break, and the overall location is close to stores and restaurants. Very affordable get-away. Would definitely go again. :-)

I have two children ages 8 & 9, and we have stayed at this property last May. The kids enjoy the vast and exclusive feeling of the beach and it was not crowded or overwhelming. We have left our stuff on the beach to cool off in the nice pool or go upstairs and prepare a meal and we always find what we left exactly where we left it. The convenience of the unit to the beach is very easy as well as to local activities. It is a nice property and a great location. It is accessible to trolleys which takes you to Pier 60 and Frenchy's and there is a wonderful breakfast joint across the street. The unit itself is nice, well appointed and SPACIOUS for the four of us. I would definitely stay there again and I completely recommend! A+++

Our family stayed here in 2010. Along with Florida's gorgeous weather this condominium welcomed us just the same. Both bedroom's are comfortable with an amazing view from the master. The furnishing's throughout are shabby chic and very practical. A nice living/t.v. area is next to a family dining area. The porch is the greatest attribute with a seemingly endless view of the Gulf Coast. The pool is lage and has ample sitting and shaded areas. Across the street is a quaint strip of stores including a small grocery mart with all the sundries needed to keep you from going to the mainland. Not to mention the Columbia restaurant, an ice cream shop and Dunkin made it possible for us to not get in our car for almost a week. The trolley stops within a block which will take you into Clearwater Beach and further South for much more vaiety of eating and entertainment options. All around a great trip and wonderful accomodations.
