Enjoy the views of Wellfleet Harbor and Great Island from this two-bedroom cottage with cathedral ceilings, loads of light, and a mix of antique and contemporary furnishings. The 1-acre lot is in a quiet, residential neighborhood and has a dedicated pathway to the water below and walking trails that lead all the way around Chipman's Cove and even into Wellfleet village center (20-25 min. walk).
By day, enjoy several lovely swimming beaches on the bay - an easy, one-half to one-mile walk or drive down the road from the house. Or hop in the car for quick and easy access to town, ponds, ocean beaches, the Cape Cod Rail Trail and hiking trails, and beaches at the Audubon Society and the National Seashore.
In the evening, relax and have dinner on the deck overlooking the water or venture into Wellfleet for fabulous restaurants, critically-acclaimed theater, movies, or even the town square dance on the pier (in season). Provincetown (20 minutes), Chatham (30 minutes), and other area attractions are also easily accessible, ensuring that there is something for everyone to enjoy.

This beautiful cottage is located in one of the best areas of the cape, and it's centrally located. It's private, in a quiet neighborhood and has a wonderful deck that looks out onto the harbor. It's immaculate and the decor is very sweet. Plenty of windows in the livingroom! You can bike to the harbor beach in just a few minutes. We're already planning another visit!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We were delighted with our stay. The house is very pretty and is in a quiet neigborhood that is great for morning walks. The setting is truly beautiful. The view from the deck of the cove is stunning. Laurie and Peter were extraordinarily responsive (within minutes!) to a problem we had and we are extremely grateful. We highly recommend this property.

This is one of the most adorable cottages in Wellfleet. The rooms are breezy and bright. The location is ideal and the view delightful! We stayed for the entire month of July and enjoyed every minute of every day. Even in bad weather, the house is so cozy and comfortable you enjoy just staying in, playing games and watching the rain!

My Mom and my sister and stayed at this cottage to celebrate my Mom's 83rd birthday and it was PERFECT! Clean and bright and great location - nice for taking walks. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, pleasant view and well, just quite wonderful all the way around. Thanks!
