We still have a view of the Atlantic Ocean from our balcony (even with new condos replacing the sand dunes) and the Halifax River is to the west. Our two bedroom condo has all the comforts of home; all you need is food and sunscreen for the kids! Sorry, pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.
We are conveniently located within one hour of Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, MGM Studios, Orlando's wonderful outlet malls. Historic St. Augustine is only one hour north of Daytona Beach. If you're taking a family vacation or just need to get-away for a long weekend, you will love the Ocean Terrace Club! This is the second condo we've owned in Daytona Beach Shores...our first was a one-bedroom unit we purchased in 1997 and then we bought this two bedroom condo in May, 2004. My wife and I use it when we have the time but we also like to rent to other guests. We've had wonderful people who've come back numerous times as they've enjoyed our condo as much as we do.

The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We enjoy the no-drive beach because you can take your chairs & umbrellas over for the day and not worry about the automobile traffic (especially if you have children). This part of Daytona Beach Shores is also less hectic, which we enjoy! We're also close to Ponce Inlet and enjoy the restaurants and marinas nearby.
