This is the second condo we've owned in Daytona Beach Shores...our first was a one-bedroom unit we purchased in 1997 and then we bought this two bedroom condo in May, 2004. We use it when we have the time but we also like to rent to other guests. We've had wonderful people who've come back numerous times as they've enjoyed our condo as much as we do.

The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We enjoy the no-drive beach because you can take your chairs & umbrellas over for the day and not worry about the automobile traffic (especially if you have children). This part of Daytona Beach Shores is also less hectic, which we enjoy! We're also close to Ponce Inlet and enjoy the restaurants and marinas nearby.
