This Deluxe Duplex features over 1800 Square Feet, four bedrooms, two baths, and one outside shower. It sleeps 10!
We are located on Central Avenue, this duplex is 100 yards from the beach. Completely furnished and on a large 45 foot by 100 foot lot, with front and side garden. Master Bedroom with covered Deck. It sleeps ten people in Luxury and Comfort in these large rooms. MASTER BEDROOM has a king bed, dresser mirror, chest, and TV.
Three rooms with two twin beds each, dresser, mirror, and TV. A queen sleeper in the Living room, plus a sofa. Two full Baths with tub and shower, and a outside shower with hot and cold water. A large covered FRONT PORCH with table and chairs, off street parking, and beach tags.
Deposits and Procedure:
A $300 deposit is required in order to reserve your week. This will become your security deposit. After receipt, we will prepare and mail you a lease. One-third (1/3) rental due in 30 days, one-third (1/3) by 1/6/09, and one-third (1/3) 30 days before occupancy.
CHECK-IN Saturdays 2PM and Check-out by 10AM.
LIMITED to ten people including children. $100.00 charge for additional people over eight.
If deposit is not received in four working day period, the week will remain open. THANK YOU.

Something for every one, the beach, the ocean,the boardwalk 2-1/2 miles long,the serenity. we have vacationed here for over forty years with our children, and now our grandchildren are injoying it all.

Date of stay July 2008 This house was exacty as noted in the description,very clean and inviting. It was the perfect layout for my grandchildern and the adults too. Plenty of space.Kitchen and eating area was very roomy. Bedrooms were large and very quiet for sleeping.A lounge chair or two would have made it perfect for a nap. Of course the very short walk to the beach was the best feature. We had the best week temperature wise and the ocean breeze was with us the whole week. We met the owner and he was very nice and informative. I would recommend this vacation house to friends and family.
