Our condo has been remodeled with granite counters in the kitchen & bath areas. Natural slate flooring in the entry & kitchen area. A brand-new 40" & 37" flat screen TV in the living area & master bedroom & also the enclosed lofted area.
This beautifully furnished condo is the perfect location for your holiday. The enclosed Lofted 2 Bedroom/2 Bath is unique in its floor plan. It sleeps 6 comfortably. The enclosed lofted bedroom area was enlarged & fits comfortably a Queen size bed, 2 twin beds, & it's own flat screen TV. The living room has a Queen size pullout sleeper sofa with an aero bed mattress,gas log fireplace, & 40",37" & 32" flat screen TV. The kitchen is well equipped, providing all the comforts and amenities of home.
The master bedroom has a BRAND NEW BEAUTYREST KING BED minifridge, coffee maker and it's own private bath.
Units can be rented separately depending on the season. Unit B can be rented as a hotel-style room with vanity area, full bath, and mini-refrigerator - perfect for two. Unit A, with kitchen and full bath, sleeps four in the enclosed loft and two in den ON PULLOUT SLEEPER SOFA. Combine the 2 units, it sleeps 8 comfortably! Both units open to a private foyer/ski storage area.
There is free covered parking, free local bus service, access to indoor/outdoor pool and fitness area. Spa, coin washer/dryer,hot tub and ice machine on floor.

Perfect condo for family with teenagers. The master bedroom with king size bed is a great refuge for parents. The loft and living room area allow plenty of space for the kids to enjoy. 3 large flat screen tvs are a huge plus for keeping everyone happy. All the appliances, cookware,and even the essential seasonings are provided. . The location of the condo is ideal for ski in/out. The Aloha Ski Rental store is directly below so you can rent and store your skiis easily. And most importantly the property manager, Holly, goes above and beyond to help with any questions about the condo or Park City to make your stay a pleasure. We've been staying in Park City for 20 years and this was the best condo for convenience, comfort, and price by far.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Condo was great. We had stayed in same area before so know what to expect. The layout of TVs and additional beds in the loft for this unit worked out much better for our family. Will definitely reach out to you if we decide to vacation in Park City again next year.

This is a great centrally located condo in the heart of the action. Property is clean and updated. I stayed here with two friends and we loved the location and all having our own beds. Linens, storage, two balconies, two bathrooms and in suite snowboard storages make this the ideal place for a friends getaway. We used the FREE shuttle every night to head into town and found it easy and timely to use. The snow was awesome in early April and the weather was perfect. My only negatives - the pool is not that close and not very big - only mentioning in case you are a family who is looking to spend a lot of time in the pool. The village was kinda dead at night at this time of year - many restaurants closed or totally empty after 9pm. not really an issue as free shuttle is always there to take you into town, but would have been nice to just spill out into a courtyard of festivities. The property manager was great to deal with and managed all expectation and logistics well. I would and will definately rent this place again.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers.

Myself and a couple of friends stayed here last year to celebrate a birthday, and it was a GREAT choice! Comfortable beds, beautiful condo, and a really nice setup. We slept late every morning... And this year we are taking another trip, staying in this same condo. The landlady was very nice and accomodating. I think this is going to become an annual tradition!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
