1/ Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie: 175 m² duplex with 60 m² terrace overlooking the sea. If you only rent the 1rst floor, you will boats of 100 m² with 60 m² terrace overlooking the sea.
Attention: available for up to 5 persons during low season and mid-season, the rate indicated in the calendar is only for the 1rst floor (you boast of 100 m² and 60 m² terrace overlooking the sea): entrance, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms.
If you want to use the entire duplex (180 m² and the 2 levels) you must add half of the rental rate to the low season and mid-season rate. For the entire duplex: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, living rooms, dining room and open plan kitchen.
During the high and peak season, the entire duplex is rented: the rate is indicated in the calendar for these periods.
2/ Mandelieu: villa on the roof – 175 m² apartment with 300 m² private landscaped terrace that is only accessible by the occupants of the apartment. Panoramic views of the sea of Cannes, La Napoule, Théoule. At the foot of the golf of Cannes and close to the sea (6 persons) with 49-m long pool shared between the occupants of the residence “Surcouf”.
3/ Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie: 70 m² apartment with seaview and direct access to the beach thanks to a lift (5 persons).

die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche hat alles was man braucht.Alles ist sehr luxotiös und sehr gepflegt.Der große Dachgarten mit seiner Aussicht auf Berge und Meer ist ein Traum und in dem Wintergarten kann man auch bei niedriegeren Temperaturen alle Mahlzeiten einmehmen. Wir können nur Gutes über die Wohnung berichten, hatten einen super schönen Urlaub, in der Wohnung fühlt man sich rundherum wohl, sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts! Die Aussicht ist ringsum phantastisch. Desweiteren eignet sie sich auch sehr gut für Ausflüge, sie ist sehr zentral an der cote d‘zur gelegen, die Strände sind auch sehr schnell erreichbar! Absolument à recommander. Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique dans l'appartement. La location est très propre et bien entretenue. La propriétaire est très gentille. Très agréable séjour pour noël 2011 dans cet appartement meublé avec beaucoup de gout La vue depuis le séjour et la terrasse est tout simplement a couper le souffle.
