Forget about motels and enjoy your vacation in a nice luxurious townhouse! We have two townhouses all with a king bed in the master, and a queen and double bed in the second bedroom, with a sofa bed in the den. All have 2 1/2 Baths. One is a lovely glass-back located on Linda Marie Drive and the other is located on White Sandy with the canal behind it.
Both located within the Gulf Highlands Resort. All bedrooms have color televisions and the second bedrooms have VCRs.We are upgrading our televisions to Flat Screen TVs. Washer and Dryers are in all. MOST RENTALS HAVE ONLY ONE BED IN SECOND BEDROOM, BUT OUR RENTALS HAVE EITHER TWO DOUBLE OR TWO QUEEN BEDS.
The bottom level on all townhouses has your den, kitchen, dining area, and a half bath. The den has a flat screen color television and DVD/VCR. The kitchen is completely furnished with everything from small appliances to dishes and cookware. All you need is a Chef!! The dining area has a dinette table with six nice chairs.
There are four stools at the bar to give you more seating. An abundance of nice linens and towels are furnished and no additional ones will be needed. The patio has a picnic table and gas grill for your enjoyment. Beach chairs, umbrella, putters for the putt-putt are all furnished. You will not be disappointed with these townhouses. Your food and clothes are all you will need!!!

About the owner: We are a couple who retired to Florida in 2003. We enjoy meeting our visitors and accommodating their needs. We really enjoy being able to make it possible for families to have a family vacation. With the bad economy we feel it is more important than ever for a family to have their time together.
