We would like to welcome you to our private 5 bedroom/ 3 bath home.
This home is 2900 sf and all the comforts you will need for a great vacation!

LOCATION: Enjoy one of the best locations for the in the Vail Valley. We are located between Vail and Beaver Creek in the quiet community of Eagle-Vail. We are located off I-70 just 10 minutes from Vail and 5 minutes to Beaver Creek. The house is located just off the first fairway on the Eagle-Vail golf course.

HOUSE FEATURES: This home has been completely renovated and has lots of beautiful features. The house features hickory floors and high vaulted ceilings in the living room and the dinning room. The kitchen has granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Your group will enjoy the Private 6 person HOTTUB on the deck with a Weber gas BBQ grill. The house is also equipped with Wi-Fi so if there is a need to work or conduct business it can easily be done.

KITCHEN: You will enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, you will not be running to the store to pick up salt/pepper spices etc…that you will use only once, we have supplied all of these for your convenience. The stainless steel appliances are a GE profile side-by-side with filtered water and ice in the door. The ultra quiet GE dishwasher and the gas cook top range with convection oven. Small appiliances include coffee pot, tea pot, toaster, blender and hand mixer. Enjoy cooking with Quality cookware, bake ware and utensils all you will need to bring out the cook in all of us.

DINING ROOM: Features a table that will accommodate 8 people with an additional 3 stools at the built in counter breakfast bar for a total seating of 11.

LIVING ROOM: The main floor living room is complete with a TV/ DVD with surround sound. The stereo has a dock for your IPOD so you can listen to your own music. We also have assortments of videos for you to enjoy. You will also enjoy the real fireplace with all the firewood you could need located on the deck. There is nothing better except great snow and a hottub than the crackling of real fire on a ski vacation. This living area has a full size sofa, love seat and an oversize chair with ottoman.

BEDROOMS: All the beds have down comforters for those cool mountain nights. There are two bedrooms on the upper floors. You will enjoy the vaulted ceilings in both of these rooms. One bedroom has a pillow top King Size bed this bedroom also features a TV. The other bedroom has a pillow top Queen Size. There is a shared bath with Travertine Tile in the Bath/Shower and on the countertops. The bedroom on the main living floor is a large bedroom with walk in closet and a Queen Size bed. The main floor bedroom has a full bath with Travertine Tile in the bath/shower combo and on the countertops. The lower level of the house has two bedrooms one with two twin beds and the other with a full size futon (we use this room as a second TV room it is complete with TV/DVD/VHS). There is also a full bath in the lower level with tub/shower combo. We also have two additional twin beds that can be placed on the floor to accommodate additional sleeping space if needed.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES: You will enjoy a full size washer and dryer in the lower level. The house features a large driveway that will accommodate 6 cars. During the winter months the driveway will be plowed if there is 4”+ of snow. We are located in the community of Eagle-Vail and we about 6 blocks from the bus stop for the ECO bus system the charge for this bus is $3 per person. This bus will take you to the transportation center in Vail(village parking structure)or the free parking lots at the base of Beaver Creek.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: All rentals subject to 4% sales tax and a $150 cleaning fee.
