Just returned from our second stay at Harrington House. The house was spotless great pool and in a very good location. Such a safe and relaxing spot. Fantastic near by lake to take a stroll or jog around. The owners did everything they could to make our stay easy and enjoyable .P.S.the beaches are pristine. We were spending three wonderful November weeks at the lovely Harrington House in very nice Heritage Harbour community. We really enjoyed our stay there, the house was so beautiful and just perfect, bright and light - we were specially happy about the tile floors and the spaceous closets and the many drawers. We give ten extra points that the closets were empty, so we had lots of room for our own clothes and other stuff. This has not been always the case in other similar villas we have stayed. Hintches to golfers: Soneybrook is good value for the price, the neighbouring River Strand has surprisingly "thin" torf and needs perfect shots to avoid fat ones. Play Bobcat and Sarasota National, both in Venice. Legacy was in bad shape and dissapointment vs. its reputation but Waterlefe is allways worth of its price. Oakford is not good. All the golf prices wen up in the second week of November. We did not have any serious unexpected surprises to experience quality of possible troubleshooting but a small thing occured in the kitchen and TOM from the neighbourhood took care of it without delay. Just returned from the superbly-appointed Harrington House and had a thoroughly enjoyable time. The house is in perfect order, spacious, and contains everything you'd require - a real home from home. It is situated in a very quiet, secure gated community, with easy access to very pleasant walking areas. Geographically well-situated for both the beaches of Anna Maria or the bustle of Orlando which is within 90 minutes of easy driving. Excellent range of restaurants nearby as a change from the bar-b-cue, superb pool and lanai area, overlooking golf course. The many local golf courses were stunning, and in superb condition. This a lovely house in a lovely area. Although it was december the pool was heated enough for us enjoy a swim every afternoon. Good facilities in the house and shops 5 mins in car, great area for visiting bradenton and anne marie island. we have a lovely stay

We had a wonderful two weeks in the lovely house. It really felt like home for our stay. The master suit and pool are particularly lovely. The house was very well equiped with everything we could possibly need. The house was very clean and well maintained. The area was also lovely. The house is 30 minutes from the gorgeous beeches. We would certainly reccommend this house to friends and family.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at your beautiful villa. We had such a comfortable stay and didn't want for anything. We found the Bradenton area lovely and Disney attractions where easy to drive to. Try the beach front restaurants, although we enjoyed a bbq by the pool back at villa even more. The villa is breath-taking, especially the master bedroom which is amazing and we will definately be returning for another great holiday. Love Louise & Dick x

I have rented many properties in the US over the years and this one is at the top of the list of places I would like to return in the future. This new property is immaculate and very tastefully decorated. The location is perfect, with close proximity to the SR64 interchange on the I-75. The new Golf course is also excellent, with preferred rates for residents of this secure, gated community. Although already large and increasing in size, the community is very homely and safe, with excellent walks around the games area and lake.
