Escape to a cozy log cabin for two with hot tub nestled on a private knoll surrounded by the peaks of Pisgah National Forest, just outside the historic mountain town of Hot Springs, NC. Perfect for a honeymoon or anniversary!
Our Appalachian-style (with dovetail corners) log cabin is especially designed with a couple or single traveler in mind. Your sleeping quarters feature a featherbed, colorful quilt and Egyptian cotton linens. A cozy window seat at the foot of your queen bed is a great place to unpack or curl up with a good book. Double pocket doors can be closed for privacy or left open for that "one room log cabin" feel. Your own washer and dryer means that you can pack light.
The built-in dining booth is made for two, as is the cedar rocking loveseat on the porch. The gas grill is a great way to prepare dinner before retiring to the hot tub. Or perhaps you would rather snuggle up to the fire and watch a movie on satellite or DVD...
We are located in the beautiful mountains of Madison County, North Carolina, nestled between the Blue Ridge and the Smoky Mountains. The area around Hot Springs is wild and scenic, pristine and unspoiled, dramatic and unrestrained. Much of Madison County is encompassed within Pisgah National Forest and features attractions such as the Appalachian Trail, French Broad River, and Max Patch Bald. Hiking, biking, fishing, rafting, and horseback riding all beckon as does a soak in North Carolina's only natural hot springs, that is if you ever leave your cabin!
People are friendly here so don't hesitate to strike up a conversation or ask for directions. You'll notice that most people will wave at you as you drive by. Be sure to wave back.
The town of Hot Springs is rustic (the AT Trail runs along the sidewalk!) yet refined (gourmet restaurants), so come visit us and experience the real Appalachian Mountains! We are about an hour from Asheville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

$700-$800/week, includes a bottle of Biltmore Estate wine!
Honeymoon Package: 5 weeknights, includes a soak at The Hot Springs Spa!
$25 pet fee (donated to local spay/neuter program).
2 person maximum occupancy, no children! (We're for couples only.)
