Dining and Living Room Area - Frisco Vacation Rental If you are looking for a getaway to Colorado and Summit County for you and your family you have found it. This unit is a 2 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath townhome with an attached heated garage. It has been completely redecorated to appeal especially to those who want a relaxing summer retreat or winter ski vacation. The location is in Frisco just a few minutes walk to the shores of beautiful Lake Dillon and centrally located to all the major Summit County Ski Areas. There are fabulous views out the front of the unit from the living and master bedroom. From the front door you are a three block walk to the bike and walking path around Lake Dillon. In the winter this path also becomes the local cross country ski trail. It is also only a couple of blocks to the shops, restaurants, grocery store and of course, Starbucks. During the ski season, the Summit County Stage to all the major ski areas is just a few blocks away. Walk or bike to downtown Frisco where you can stroll along many quaint shops and restaurants. This town home has everything you need to have an enjoyable and relaxing vacation. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a separate bathroom containing a jetted tub. The second bedroom has two bunk beds to sleep 4 for the kids or other guests. The family room has a fold out couch which will sleep 2. Overall, the unit will sleep 8 people comfortably. Each bedroom has a television and DVD as well as a television and DVD/VCR in the family room. We have a library of books and movies for everyone in the family. The main level has a washer and dryer to take care of all your laundry needs. Enjoy yourself next to the cozy fireplace and on the back deck you will find a gas barbeque grill if you want to cook a few burgers. The clubhouse for the townhome is directly behind the unit and only a short walk away. There you will find a large indoor pool, hot tubs, racquetball, pool table, tennis courts and changing rooms. As our guests you will also enjoy the convenience of personalized 24 hr check-in and guest assistance during your stay from our local manager CSR Resort Properties. CSR is also able to assist our guests with discounted lift tickets, equipment rentals, car rentals, airport shuttle service and activity planning.
