This a newer 2 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath townhome with an attached heated 2-car garage. The location is in Frisco just a few minutes walk to the shores of beautiful Lake Dillon and centrally located to all the major Summit County Ski Areas and Summer Activities. There are fabulous views of the mountains out the front of the unit from the living and master bedroom. From the front door you are a three block walk to the bike and walking path around Lake Dillon. It is also only a couple of blocks to the shops, restaurants, grocery store and of course, Starbucks.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a separate bathroom containing a jetted tub. The second bedroom has two bunk beds to sleep 4 for the kids or other guests. The family room has a fold out couch which will sleep 2. Overall, the unit will sleep 8 people comfortably. The main level has a washer and dryer to take care of all your laundry needs. The back deck you will find a gas barbeque grill if you want to cook a few burgers. The clubhouse for the townhome is directly behind the unit and only a short walk away. There you will find a large indoor pool, hot tubs, racquetball, pool table, tennis courts and changing rooms.
We also have bicyles in the garage that can be used by our renters so you can avoid bike rental fees.
