Completely remodeled late 2007, and in 2009 added 40" LCD TV with surround sound. New tile, granite, plumbing, electrical and all new appliances and paint. Like NEW! Imagine yourself sitting on the living room sofa or on the private deck, overlooking the emerald green expanse of the beautiful Wailea Blue Golf Course, and beyond, the ocean, sunset, and West Maui mountains. Even though you are in the center of Wailea, you will neither hear nor see traffic.
This individually decorated and tropically appointed condo featuring a "Tommy Bahama Look" has an air-conditioner but because this is an end unit, every room (including both baths) has at least one (if not many) windows so you can enjoy the pure tropical breezes and hear the birds sing. If you want a comfortable, romantic, elegant, and private retreat, then this is the place for you.
Grand Champions Golf and Tennis Villas is a first class, luxury development in the heart of Wailea, surrounded on one side by the Blue Golf Course and on the other by the Wailea Tennis Club, both award-winning facilities with discounted rates for condo guests. There is a security entrance and you will have your own private parking space.
Within a gorgeous 5 minute drive (or 10 minute walk) you can be at: 1) The Shops of Wailea, which offers the finest shopping on the island, from handmade Hawaiian treasures to boutiques (such as Louis Vitton, Tiffany & Co., and many more) and four great restaurants facing the ocean, OR 2) Ulua Beach, ranked eighth in the nation and a world class snorkeling and swimming destination which connects to a spectacular 2 mile paved beach walk through all of the finest hotels. (And if you don't want to drive, there's a regular shuttle bus which can take you anywhere in Wailea...free!) We've stayed at many different accommodations throughout Maui but the last several times at Grand Champions. It's located close to many activities, shopping and dining in all price ranges, or if you want that perfect romantic dinner at home including incredible sunsets, this unit has all the makings for it!

Hey Rico, We had a great holiday in Maui. Your condo was just the ticket for us. Very nice and homey. Great location. We even saw fireworks from the balcony the night before we left. Love the view. We saw dolphins, whales and turtles and feel very blessed. The weather was perfect! The Hobbs

Rico and Carole, Thank you so much for sharing your lovely condo. the view in the morning, drinking our Kona coffee and listening to the birds going nuts with every sunrise. At night the view of the sunsets were spectacular...we at Joe's Simply Delicious Food; we did it all, helicopter ride, Atlantis submarine ride, drive to Hana, walked on the beach every morning. The golf course was beautiful. We couldn't have planned a better place to celebrate our honeymoon.

Rico and Carole, Thank you for another great time to stay in your Condo! The condo is attractively decorated; lots of room; quiet at night; beautiful views of the grounds and the Maui sunset. The location is so handy to the Shops at Wailea; beautiful hotels and wonderful beaches. Oh, yes, the two swimming pools at the Grand Champions are close and enjoyable. The condo is always so clean and inviting. Great condo and great location from which to enjoy Maui.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

We rented this unit for our family that was staying with us from California. We Loved it the views were breathtaking and the unit was 5 Star in feel and design. We will definitely use it again.
