Within 30 meter from the pebble beach of the most beautiful and purest part of the Como Lake, in Lierna, you will find this spacious and recently furnished apartment (on three levels, 310 square meter). The house (divided into three apartments) was totally renovated in February 2005. The lay out is qualitative and new. For the guests, among others,: two spacious balcony, one terrace garden and an enclosed parking area).
The location is ideal even for the winter sport (the fashionable and exclusive St. Moritz is situated within one hour drive) and visit Milan by train this way you can shop wonderfully in Milan without traffic and parking place: in the town there is a small and easy train station.
Via the public boat transport, you can quickly go to Bellagio and reach the other side of the lake
