(Largest lot on the street). - Grand Strand, South Carolina Vacation Rental Two level pier home has a SEPARATE first floor apartment with kitchen w/ new fridge & micro., dining area w/new padded chairs, living room w/ new HD TV & HBO, bedroom w, new curtains, new rug, closet, dresser, desk, sitting area, 3/4 bathroom (with shower), washer and dryer, HD TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, AC, dehumidifier. There is a covered patio area in front, with 1 rocking chairs and a new gas grill. The upstairs has two bedrooms and two full baths. Ceiling fans. Master bedroom is 11x16, second bedroom is 11x11, living room is 11x17, kitchen is 8x12, dining room is 8x12. Sunny Carolina room has air conditioning, fold out double futon, stuffed chair, separate entrance with slider to the large front porch. Porch has table (umbrella is in shed), 4 padded chairs, 2 rockers and grill. Laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. Both units are fully furnished and equipped. Towels, linens, starter supplies are provided. New surf kayak, beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, 2 bicycles are to be used at own risk and shared when units are rented separately. The yard is the largest on the street, with swings, new gas grill,outside enclosed shower,(cold only), lawn chairs, perennial gardens all around the house, small landscape pools with fountain, ornaments and night lighting in the garden and on the stairs.
