Our beautiful, four bedroom three and a half bathroom, villa home, is situated at the prestigious community of Sandy Ridge, nestling amongst woodland and conservation areas, yet only ten minutes to Disney World and thirty minutes to the new Legoland.

Furnished to a extremely high standard, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to ten people which is great for large families or even two smaller ones. Both main bedrooms have King Beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers. Bedroom #3 comprises of two single beds with Bedroom #4 having the advantage of two double bunkbeds for the children and sharing the family bathroom.

The south-facing screened pool and separate Jacuzzi spa has an extended deck, a shaded lanai with cooling ceiling fan, but should the Florida sunshine become too much, go back inside where all the rooms are air-conditioned and kept at a cool and constant temperature.

Shopping and Restaurants are only a short drive away by car. Champions Gate Golf Club is three minutes away boasting three championship courses, a Publix supermarket open 24 hours a day is within half a mile, a pizza parlour and Chinese restaurant with delivery service as well as an internet café and a Subway sandwich outlet for those light bites.
