Our beautiful, four bedroom three and a half bathroom, villa home, brand new for June 2005, is situated at the prestigious community of Sandy Ridge, nestling amongst woodland and conservation areas, yet only ten minutes to Disney World.
Furnished to a extremely high standard, the villa can comfortably accommodate ten to twelve people which is great for large families or even two smaller ones. Both main bedrooms have King Beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers. Bedroom #3 comprises of two single beds with Bedroom #4 having the advantage of two double bunkbeds for the children and sharing the family bathroom. Additional sleeping arrangements using a sofa bed in the living room is also available.
The south-facing screened pool and separate Jacuzzi spa has an extended deck, a shaded lanai, but should the Florida sunshine become too much, go back inside where all the rooms are air-conditioned and kept at a cool and constant temperature.
