SERENE SANDBAR - Old Florida Village Beach Cottage WELCOME TO THE BEACH! "Serene Sandbar" is a Non-Smoking, two-story, beach cottage with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The master bedroom arranged on the first floor, is set up with a queen-size bed offering a pillow-top mattress for extreme comfort, and a sitting porch just beyond the double french doors. The master bathroom has a separate shower and a relaxing tub for soaking. The guest suite also arranged on the first floor offers a futton bunk-bed with a medium-firm full size mattress and a twin size top mattress also has a covered sitting porch to relax with a cool drink and your favorite book. Upstairs you will find the very open, inviting, living, dining, and kitchen area, arranged for ultimate entertaining, a covered gathering deck just off the living area overlooks a seemingly endless wooded preserve with glimpses of hidden lake. Behold the fully-equipped kitchen with color coordinated appliances and gorgeous granite counter tops.The guest bedroom located on the second floor set up with a queen-size bed topped with a medium-soft pillow top mattress. This bedroom also offers a covered sitting porch overlooking the community, a great place to view the awesome coastal sunsets. Located on scenic Highway 30-A in Old Florida Village, Serene Sandbar is decorated with a coastal flair! Palm trees, sea shells, sailboats, fish, and light houses. Designed specifically to ensure a true coastal vacation experience.
