Villa in gorgeous Beachwalk complex. Short walk to beach/ocean next to the Ritz Carlton. Spacious rooms with one glass enclosed lanai and an additional screened lanai on beautiful lake just across from clubhouse with pool, workout room and tennis courts.
Gated community has a 24 hour guard on duty. Villa has a full eat-in kitchen with all needed appliances plus a formal dining area. The living room and enclosed lanai have full view of the lake. The villa has cable TV throughout, DVD and VCR. The master bedroom suite overlooks the lake. The large master bathroom area has two sinks, oversized stall shower, large walk in closet and a separate water closet. The second bedroom also has its own private bath and its own private lanai.
