They don't have the view of a place right on the water but they don't have the price tag either! Enjoy all San Diego has to offer in these comfortable two bdrm/1 ba or three bdrm/2ba apartments with oak hardwood floors and all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay including 8 beach cruiser bicycles. Located in the very heart of Pacific Beach, it's only minutes away from SeaWorld, the world famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Old Town with it's excellent Mexican Restaurants, Belmont Park and it's authentic 1920's wooden roller-coaster, SeaPort Village, downtown San Diego's GasLamp Quarter, the Convention Center and Petco Park.
Half hour from LegoLand, 40 minutes to The Wild Animal Park, 75 minutes to the quaint historic gold rush town of Julian, in the mountains, and another 30 minutes beyond that is beautiful Anza Borrego Desert State Park. Even Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm can be done as a day trip. Mexico is only 25 minutes away. If the usual tourist sights are not your thing, kick back and enjoy Pacific Beach's trendy ethnic and seafood restaurants, boutiques and bars or its wide white-sand beaches that go on for miles.
You don't even need a car. Everything you need is within four blocks including grocery stores, shops, restaurants, bars, and both Mission Bay and Pacific Beach and there is bus transportation within a block. Come and enjoy everything San Diego has to offer without spending all money on the rental fee! If you do have a car, this apartment comes with a private garage. Why the Owner Chose Other San Diego Properties
My 4-plex was a yearly-leased rental and I converted it to vacation rentals because people kept asking me if I had anything less expensive than the rentals right on the ocean or bay. I kept seeing people parking in front of my building, getting their beach equipment out of the car and walking to the beach. Obviously it is not too far from the beach (4 blocks) for a vacation rental and offers a lower cost alternative for young families and anyone vacationing on a budget.

My husband and I live in the mountains NE of San Diego. We like to Scuba dive, ride bikes and hike in the mountains near our home and also walk and ride bikes down by the bay and ocean. Brian takes care of our rentals and I take care of our guests.

We have been updating the furniture and beds in these 4 rentals as schedule permits and all 4 now have brand new sofabeds and we have replaced several of the queen mattresses with very nice ones so they are good to go now for summer!
