I just renovated all four of my long-term rental apartments in this 4-plex, just four blocks from the beach, and turned them into a fully-furnished vacation rentals. They don't have the view of a place right on the water but they don't have the price tag either! Enjoy all San Diego has to offer in these comfortable two bdrm/1 ba or three bdrm/2ba apartments with oak hardwood floors and all the ammemities you need to enjoy your stay including 8 beach cruiser bicycles. Just bring your clothes, toiletries and toothbrush. Located in the very heart of Pacific Beach, it's only minutes away from SeaWorld, the world famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Old Town with it's excellent Mexican Restaurants, Belmont Park and it's authentic 1920's wooden roller-coaster, SeaPort Village, downtown San Diego's GasLamp Quarter, the Convention Center and Petco Park. Half hour from LegoLand, 40 minutes to The Wild Animal Park, 75 minutes to the quaint historic gold rush town of Julian, in the mountains, and another 30 minutes beyond that is beautiful Anza Borrego Desert State Park. Even Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm can be done as a day trip. Mexico is only 25 minutes away. If the usual tourist sights are not your thing, kick back and enjoy Pacific Beach's trendy ethnic and seafood restaurants, boutiques and bars or its wide white-sand beaches that go on for miles. You don't even need a car. Everything you need is within four blocks including grocery stores, shops, restaurants, bars, and both Mission Bay and Pacific Beach. Come and enjoy everything San Diego has to offer without spending all money on the rental fee! If you do have a car, this apartment comes with a private garage. Laundry room and wireless internet, too. I have named them after my neice, Jessica, and nephews, Jeremy and Jason, and my significant other who did the remodels, Brian.
