This elegant, vacation rental is located on a large, private cul-de-sac lot in Corte Bella - Del Webb’s first active adult, gated country club. The magnificent 720 acre community of Corte Bella is adjacent to the Phoenix suburb of Sun City West and includes a spectacular 18-hole championship golf course managed by Troon Golf, the Corte Bella Fitness Club and Day Spa (complete with a beautiful pool and tennis courts), and casual dining at the Corte Bella Social Club (opening in November of 2005).

Our home was newly refurnished in mid-2005 and features a spacious, 1352 square-foot interior with nine-foot ceilings. The open floor plan of the home is centered around the kitchen, dining, and family room area directly off of the tiled foyer. It includes two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry room. Relaxing outdoors is a pleasure on the covered patio, which is equipped with a new gas barbecue grill and new patio furniture. The garage can easily accommodate two cars and includes an automatic garage door opener.

The residence is an easy walk to Corte Bella’s Fitness Club and Day Spa (including pool and tennis courts), the Social Club and the main Golf Clubhouse and includes a number of attractive features which will make your stay a memorable one. No expense has been spared!!

The kitchen includes everything even the most advanced cook would need. For casual dining the kitchen bar includes two bar stools, while the dining room table seats six comfortably. A 32-inch color TV and DVD player highlight the built-in entertainment center in the family room, which includes a matching sofa and loveseat. The laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer with an ironing board and iron.

The master bedroom is very spacious and includes a KING-SIZE bed, color TV, and a beautiful master bathroom with walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, as well as, its very own bathroom. All utilities are provided for your convenience, including electric, gas, water/sewer, garbage, extended basic cable TV, and local telephone service. High speed internet service is available upon request. All cooking utensils, bedroom and bath linens are provided, as well as, two telephones and an answering machine.
