This four bedroom/three bath home comes with its own private hot tub and many extras. Recently remodeled with new furnishings, tile and hardwood floors throughout, our Park Forest home is conveniently located in Park Forest Estates on Peak 8 and the most affordable ski home in Breckenridge.
Located only a block and a half from the free shuttle which takes guests the one mile to Main Street (Downtown) and Peak 9 Village or a short one minute ride to the base and lifts of peak 8.
You may also walk approximately 3 blocks (5 to 10 minutes) to and from Four O'Clock ski run where you can ski down to Snow Flake lift to begin your day of skiing/riding or for an afternoon break and lunch.
Built in 1997, this home is near the base of Peak 8 and provides you with over 2,400 square feet of spacious living area for your whole family or group! Sleeps up to 10.
The Breckenridge Nordic Center and the Free shuttle service is located one block away, on Ski Hill Rd. where you can catch the shuttle to Main Street and the lifts of Peak 8 and 9 or begin your day of cross country skiing or snowshoeing.
Park Forest Estates has the enviable combination of location and amenities. Relax apres-ski amidst the pines in your own private spa. The interior of the house features a well-equipped kitchen with oak cabinetry, spacious living room, gas fireplace and TV/VCR in the living room, a TV in each bedroom, and private garage with plenty of storage for ski and snowboard equipment. Other amenities include a master suite and bath with double sinks, oversized luxury bath tub, separate shower, and walk-in closet. Vaulted ceilings preside over the master bedroom, living room and kitchen.

My family rented this cute home last winter. We had an amazing time. The home accomodated 8 of us very comfortably. It was very clean and the new kitchen is amazing. The owners were very responsive and we had no problems at all. By renting this home, our trip was absolutley perfect! Thanks!

Hi Cheryl, I just wanted to write and tell you how much we enjoyed your home! The entire place was just beautiful and well maintained. It has such a feeling of home for us and we felt very comfortable being there all week. My husband, Chris, and I loved the new kitchen and took a few pictures for some ideas in our own kitchen if we ever decide to do some remodeling! Our family had a wonderful time in Breckenridge. We were able to ski a couple of days and shop on another day. We had one entire day of just relaxing at the house as well. Thanks so much for providing such wonderful accommodations.
