Our condo was very clean and reasonably priced. The quoted price was also the true price, no hidden fees. If one is looking for peace and quiet, I highly recommend this condo and area. If you want to be closer to most attractions then look for a place closer to seven mile beach. Overall, we were very pleased with the unit and would recommend it to our friends.

My title is a masterpiece in understatement , this was my first visit ever to the Caribbean and what a wonderful one it was ,i love things to be clean and the condo was spotless and so very well equipped , coffee machine , Internet access , tv etc although i must be honest i never used it as there was just so many other things to distract me, the people staying along side me in other apartments were both friendly and courteous , the pool and jacuzzi were lovely it was so nice to wake in the morning and have the pool almost to myself everyday , and late Jacuzzis after coming back at night watching the lights on the boats reflecting onto the ocean , the outside balcony was beautiful and mosquito netted so we could eat out there in the eve which was also great! local area was also super the kaibo bar just a few moments away became a fairly frequented place by us the food was gorgeous jerk chichen and fresh fish and there smoothies were to die for, i can honestly say that everybody i encountered from bar staff & pool cleaners to owners of massive houses were lovely as were the owners of the condo who were faultless and friendly and made this trip easy to enjoy , i traveled over this amazing island to restaurants , Georgetown but was always glad to get back to kaibo and rum point i just found it enchanting , hopefully booking to go back sept , thanks for an truly unforgettable experience

We vacationed at Time and Tide with our daughter 4/24/11 to 5/1/11. This is our second time staying in this condo. The condo was as we remembered and we added horseback riding, swimming with the dolphins, and the bioluminescence kayak tour to our list of activities. We love snorkeling at Rum Point and we took the boat out from there to Stingray Sandbar to swim with the rays. We arrived on Easter Sunday, and forgot the grocery stores (and most shops) are closed regularly on Sundays - Kaibo was open, so we enjoyed dinner. We had a very busy complex Sun & Mon and were surprised with the fence around the beach side until learning that the locals celebrate Easter Fri thru Mon. Once Tuesday came (and the fence came down), it was as we remembered.

We stayed at Time and Tide in mid-April 2010. We had a wonderful time and we very extremely pleased with our experience with Time and Tide. The owners were helpful, the property was clean, nicely appointed and well maintained. We will return to Time and Tide. The North end is quiet and we loved the relative seclusion. We are divers and we would recommend Ocean Frontiers. You should plan on renting a car because everyting but a beautiful beach takes a few minutes to get to.

Time and Tide was a wonderful place to call home while in Grand Cayman. We were very impressed by how clean and well equipped the condo was and equally impressed with its quiet, beautiful location. Judy, the manager, even called the first day to make sure all was well. We spent a lot of time snorkeling, exploring, and sunbathing (Rum Point, Coral Gardens/Stingray City, Smith's Cove etc.). A highlight for our boys was finding numerous "dinner plate size" starfish and hermit crabs off the Ivory Kai Point, just a short walk down the street. Upon our return at the end of the day, a dip in the infinity pool was so refreshing and then off to the Kaibo Club for a great beachside dinner. The Tuesday night BBQ was delicious! Renting from Karen and Alan was a pleasure and the condo far exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to return!

We just returned to Conn. from Grand Cayman and a wonderful vacation at Time and Tide. We have never stayed at such a wonderfully equipped condominium in any of our travels to the Caribbean. Time and Tide Condo at Kaibo Yacht Club is a great location with the infinity pool just below our room and an excellent restaurant just a short stroll away. We enjoyed both the informal beach bar and grill and the formal upstairs restaurant that featured great food and wonderful service. My next email will be to book next year's vacation. Thanks Karen and Alan

We have just returned from Time & Tide at the Kaibo condo's and want to share how wonderful it was. The condo is everything you need and more, beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The view from the lanai is great for boat watching and the infinity pool is extremely inviting. Kaibo club just a few steps away is perfect for that evening cocktail to be enjoyed watching the sun go down. Alan and Karen are extremely helpful and make sure everything required for a relaxing and stress free holiday is readily available. We will definately recommend them and their condo to all our friends and family and can't wait to return.

Our experience is nothing but good. The condo looked exactly as the website advertised. The Cayman Kai area is away from the hustle of the areas influxed with vacationers and cruise activity. When we arrived, there were many planes arriving and lots of people. Once we headed out of town and found our condo, we were in paradise! Swimming in the ocean outside the condo we did not do as there is alot of traffic with boats re-fueling and coming to eat at the Kaibo Yacht Club next door. This was our 2nd trip to the island (last trip 1996) & we wanted to stay in a more quieter area. We have a 9 year old and she loved the pool & had it to herself most of the vacation. We had a car so driving to any destination was very easy. The phone was not working for local calls so an e-mail to the owner to verify it should be working & then contacting their manager "Judy" (wonderful!) it was fixed in a few days (remember, everything moves slow down there). The next morning, Judy left us a cell phone so we were not without communication. There are functions at the Kaibo Yacht Club. Usually, we could not hear the noise with the exception of a wedding when at 11:30, kids were screaming into the microphone and the music seemed to get louder - it stopped at 12:00 and it was a Friday night so we got over it! We used Ebanks Watersports (out of CI Yacht Club - 7-Mile Beach area) to use wave runners to get to the Stingray City sandbar and the Coral Gardens - They were wonderful in re-scheduling my mix-up on days and then working around the weather to make sure we got out there - what a way to experience the stingrays with only 5 wave runners on our trip! We also took our daughter to Hell, the Turtle Farm, the Botanical Gardens, the Blow Holes, Rum Point, walking down the road to the area with HUGE orange star fish, Georgetown and a public beach on 7-Mile Beach. I asked her if we went back, which area would she rather stay in and her answer "Cayman Kai" This trip may go down as the best to date! We loved the relaxing atmosphere the condo provided - being able to eat at home and do laundry when needed is a huge plus! We always stay in a condo or home when traveling to 1 destination to take advantage of the space & amenities they offer over a hotel room (especially with kids). Remember the food is very expensive so going to the grocery store helps. Would definately recommend this property. We love the Cayman Islands!!! Frank, Sue & Bailey New Hampshire

We stayed March 6-14 and had a wonderful time. Beautiful and well-maintained condo and grounds. Our family of 4 enjoyed cards on the screened porch, playing chess, and time around the pool. Friendly people at yacht club next door, Rum Point just down the road

This condo was the perfect floor plan for a family of four. We especially liked the 2 separate beds for our teenage son and daughter. The condo was also nicely appointed. We spent a lot of time on the spacious lanai eating, playing games, watching the boats come and go. The view from here is picturesque with the coconut trees swaying in the breeze. The property is immaculate and the infinity pool was refreshing. You could stay here and enjoy your holiday without venturing out. We did however explore the island. With the exception of a day at 7 Mile Beach and the Boatswain's Turtle Farm, we "hung out" at Rum Point (less than a 5 minute drive up the road), snorkeling, sunbathing, eating and visiting Stingray City Sandbar and Coral Gardens. Visit the beach on the other side of the road to see the bright orange starfish!

We just returned from Time and Tide vacation condominium in Grand Cayman. The condo is spacious and clean and well appointed. The view from the balcony of the pool, boat dock, and ocean is beautiful and some thing we would like to wake up to every morning! It was very peaceful, quiet and relaxing to be away from Seven Mile Beach and all the crowds and traffic. Alan and Karen were right on in their recommendations for dive operators, dining, etc. We enjoyed our stay at Time & Tide very much and would recommend it highly.
