Our CENTRALLY LOCATED condo is close to everything. This spacious and clean 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath Condo has been recently updated. You have access to high speed internet access and wireless connectivity, freshly painted, new beds and mattresses, down comforters, fully stocked kitchen and laundry room, a private deck with gas BBQ (weather permitting). There is plenty of parking available.

*Within SHORT WALKING DISTANCE to the following: Incline Recreation Center, tennis courts, Hyatt Hotel and Casino, Incline private beaches, bowling alley, movie theater, shopping, video rental, and restaurants.

*SHORT DRIVE to the following: Championship or Mountain Golf Courses, Diamond Peak ski resort, Sand Harbor public beach/boat launch area, and the famous Flume Trail, a popular biking/hiking trail along the rim of the lake.

*20-45 minute drive: Heavenly (45 minutes South), Northstar (20 minutes West), Squaw Valley Alpine Meadows (30 minutes West) and Mt Rose (15 minutes).

*Reno/Tahoe INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT is 45 minutes away. From the airport take Hwy 395 South to Mount Rose Hwy 431, then Hwy 431 to Incline Village.
