Sea Dunes is a new three-bedroom, three bath, penthouse condominium with a wrap around balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and has views of the Santa Rosa Sound.
This penthouse has a jet jacuzzi bath in the master, glass windows throughout living and dining area with view of the Gulf. All three bedrooms have a TV/DVD (some VCR's too). The master bedroom is on the gulf side with a private entrance to the 200 square foot balcony. The third bedroom is set up for kids or larger groups and has one trundle, one single and a pull out mattress which sleep four. Sorry NO SMOKING.
Beach Service is included with two chairs and an umbrella!

In 2003, we found Sea Dunes as a preconstruction complex and knew that the location and design were going to be fabulous. The Penthouse is the nicest unit in the complex with high ceilings, wrap around balcony with views of the gulf and the sound and a gulf front pool.
