  • My husband and I recently spent a week at this condo and were very happy with our stay. It's roomy, has everything you need in the kitchen, a full size washer and dryer, it's nicely decorated and updated, and has a beautiful day or night view. We were very comfortable and would not hesitate to rent here again if we are lucky enough to go back to Breckenridge. One thing I would like to mention (because a comfortable bed is important to me) is that the mattress in the bedroom is very firm. I would much prefer firm than too soft and saggy and I had no problems sleeping on it. However, my husband ended up sleeping on the pull out sofa the last 2 nights because the mattress was just too firm. The sofa bed was much more comfortable for him and it was nice to have the optional sleeping area. Also, the directions that the property management group provide to the condo only mention the back parking lot. PLEASE do yourself a favor and follow the street up and around to the front parking area... otherwise you'll be carrying your luggage up a long flight of rickety wood stairs and then 3 more flights to get to the unit. I'm sure most people will be smart enough to figure it out on their own as we did, but I just wanted to mention it.

  • My wife and I along with our 2 year old just love this place. Huge living area and great location. The views off the balcony are excellent, especially at night. With the huge counter space, washer and dryer in the unit, this is definately a steal to stay here.
