This home is decorated with many items characteristic of the region and blended with a collection of beloved possessions. Over the years, we have acquired Native American works and local works that truly capture all four seasons of the Tetons in breathtaking colors. The furniture collections are in natural hues and subtle shades of brown. Staying in this home is an opportunity for you, your friends and family to visit this unique mountain paradise We extend an invitation for you to share experiences and adventures that place Jackson Hole above all others.
Accommodations include new carpeting throughout, new bedroom collections, new dining room collection, new living room collection with a 42-inch Cable TV DVD Home Theater System and a high-speed Internet Connection.
The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, the two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, the large loft bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom has a 20-inch TV DVD/VCR combination with cable TV, and the loft bedroom includes a TV DVD/VCR combination with a Nintendo 64 game console (7 games 3 controllers).
The living room and dining room have spectacular views of the Jackson Hole Mountain resort and Grand Teton Mountain range. The living room has new furniture collection including, large sofa with two matching chairs and ottomans, 42-inch TV with DVD/CD system.
The dining room also has a new dining collection (seats six). Larger groups use the game/informal dining room for additional seating during meals.
High-speed Internet connection for vacationers who bring their notebooks/laptops, a deck outside of the master bedroom, terrace with barbecue outside the living room, large porch, and entry area with seating, full-size washer and dryer, full kitchen with dishwasher, parking for two vehicles, full service grocery store, UPS, and other amenities within walking distance.
Walking Distance Amenities:
A nearby shuttle stop for transportation to the ski resort, town of Jackson, or other local points of interest.
A market to buy groceries, snacks, and all beverages. There are several locally-owned restaurants that offer a wide variety of selections -- all of which are outstanding. For convenience there is a Subway Sandwich Shop, and a UPS store for mailing postcards and packages, .
Nearby Fitness Club
The Teton Sports Clubs in the Aspens is $12.00 a day per person for a day pass. That includes fitness classes, cardio equipment, free weights, locker rooms, pool and hot tubs, and functional fitness equipment. The club also offers several types of spa and massage services.
Nearby Transportation:
The START bus for Jackson Hole and the surrounding area stops at the Aspens every 30-45 min. and costs $3.00 per person each way into town. It costs $1.00 per person each way to the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.
Reservation Policies:
* 3 Night Minimum Stay
* Rates INCLUDE cleaning service, hotel taxes, and assessments.
* Deposits equal to 50% of total rent are due within five (5) business days of making the reservation; Deposit payments to be made by Direct Deposit, Online Bank Transfer, Check or Credit Card.
If the reservation is cancelled there will be a $150 processing and re-listing fee.
If reservation is cancelled 45 days or less from the Check-in Date the 50% deposit will be forfeited due to the slim chance the Homeowner will be able to re-rent the property so close to the cancelled date.
If reservation is cancelled 10 days or less from the Check-in date the entire rental fee will be forfeited due to the near non-existent chance the Homeowner will be able to re-rent the property with only 10 or less days to do so.
* Guest is responsible for all unused days reserved resulting from late arrival, premature check out, acts of God, or cancellation.

Great Jackson Hole Condo

My family and I stayed at this property over the 4th of July. The condo is in the Aspens, on the road to Teton Villiage. We highly recommend this condo for those visiting the Jackson Hole area. It is immaculately kept and well maintained. The condo consists of three levels, so there is plenty of room to spread out. There are two decks, from the upper deck you can see the tram that goes up from Teton Villiage. Within the Aspen development itself there is a nice market with great wine store, coffee shop, salon, athletic club, etc. There are several good restaurants with a variety of menu items within a very short distance. The owner Jason is easy to deal with and helpful if any issues should arise. Our family has rented multiple places via VRBO over the years, we would rate this property in the uppermost tier for sure. Very highly recommended, we plan on staying here again when our plans include Jackson Hole.

We had a fabulous vacation! This rental was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. It is actually big enough for 2 more people. We found the condo to be spotless and ready when we arrived. Everything we needed during our 5 days was there from a coffee pot to extra towels. The location was ideal for going into Grand Teton National Park and for visiting the town of Jackson. We loved the rodeo, the rafting trip and the chuck wagon dinner. We saw moose close to the condo. We didn't even have to wait until we went to the park. I would highly recommend this rental.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation there in Wy. and stayt[ing in your condo it was very nice,and close to just about everything we wanted to do. We had our son his wife thier two boys, our daughter ,her husband my husbands sister and her husband, and we all had a great time. Hopping to come back again,so you may be hearing from us again. We enjoyed staying in this Condo. We are a extended family group, older parents, grown children and 2 grandchildren and it met our needs for both privacy and togetherness very well. We no longer live near each other, so when we came together from Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and Montana, it was to ski in Jackson Hole and have a midwinter "Family Reunion". The owner was quite responsive to our few questions and the mostly well maintained property was clean and as described. It is very pretty and very nicely furnished with a well equipped kitchen. We were so comfortable that we never even ate a dinner out! We have been to Jackson Hole many times and are aware of all the activities, shops and restaurants in town, but this time we came to ski and and be with each other.Since skiing is tiring, we were happy to return to the condo each evening and enjoy each others' company. The grand kids loved the game room and we all enjoyed the puzzles and games in the unit. We are walkers, and walking around the condo area was pleasant, but the distance to the food store and the START bus stop was disappointing. It is a 10 - 15 minute walk, a long way to carry groceries or skiis! The winter bus to the Jackson Hole Ski Area runs infrequently and is expensive. We had planned to be without a car, but life got much easier when the last two members of our party arrived from Montana each with a car. We would like to come back next year, so we hope that there will be a next time, but we will be sure to have a car from the start. We would recommend this place to friends coming to Jackson too and recommend a car to them too.

Your condo was the perfect choice! We all loved it...especially our boys (7 and 14). They thought it was the coolest! Thanks for all your thorough directions and for contacting us to make sure we made it without any problems. And wow, you had everything here that other condos NEVER have (hand soap, paper towels, cleaners, etc.). I was impressed to find all these extras available to us. We had a wonderful vacation here and your condo was definitely a "home away from home" for our family.

As I write this the snow is softly fallng and our grandbabies are watching a magpie on the deck. Our visit has been so much fun. Skiing, snowboarding, tubing, building snowmen, making snow "caves", and snow angels. Your condo was a perfect "home base" for family fun. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.
