This is a newly updated oceanfront beach house we own in the popular Holiday Inn section of Ocean Lakes.Our five-bedroom, three-bathroom, oceanfront beach house on stilts just had a full downstairs remodel this year with bamboo hardwood floors installed in the living/dining room area ,the bathroom renovation included a slate floor and double european black vanity sinks.The kitchen was also updated with ceramic floor and corian countertops.The upstairs went through a total renovation in 2004 and second story oceanfront deck was added at that time with access from the upstairs front queen bedroom along with access from other large front bedroom that has a full size bed along with a set of bunk beds. Our house has two oceanfront decks for direct ocean viewing located in the very popular Holiday Inn section of Ocean Lakes which is closest to the ocean .
The first level has a large, fully-furnished kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, and large, side-by-side refrigerator with ice and filtered water on the door, and features Corian countertops and serving bar located between the open kitchen and dining area. A washer and dryer is located directly off of the kitchen. The living room seating includes a matching sofa and loveseat plus a leather recliner and has a 27 inch television with dvd player.A bedroom with a king-size bed is located off of the living room which shares a full-size bath. An extra door is located between the rooms so that this bedroom can be converted into a private suite. The first level deck access is via both the living room and king-size bedroom. A fold-out twin bed is stored in the large bedroom closet.The first floor king bedroom is large enough to use the fold out twin bed with no problem.
The second level has two bedrooms that have second-level oceanfront deck access. A queen-size bedroom and also another bedroom with a full-size bed along with a set of twin bunk beds. Bedrooms three and four upstairs each contain a bunk bed set that has a full-size bed on bottom and a twin on top. There are also two full bathrooms upstairs locted via the hallway.
This house has 2 separate heat pumps ,one for the first level and one for the second level to regulate your comfort level.It also has a extra large 80 gallon hot water heater so you don't have to worry about cold showers .There is a telephone available for local calls only with extensions in all bedrooms.There are also 3 additional televisions located in 3 bedrooms.
All you have to do is bring your linens and paper products.If you don't want the bother of packing your own sheets ,towels and washcloths I can provide them for a additional $45.00.Cleaning products are provided to for you to clean at departure or a departure cleaning service is available at a additional charge of $100.I also have a pack n play,high chair and stroller available for rent if needed.
Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented, 24-hour gated, security and patrolled community with a multitude of amenities.Ocean Lakes is located in Myrtle Beach and is the most complete Oceanfront campground on the east coast.With nearly a mile of privately owned beachfront,it features eight fresh water lakes,a recreaction center with supervised activities for children such as day camps,fire engine rides and playground activities. Facilities on site in the campground include a heated indoor pool a outdoor olympic size pool & three kiddie pools,golf cart rental,three snack bars and a arcade with 80+ games,a outdoor theatre with scheduled events,playgrounds, basketball, shuffle board, miniature golf,a full-time recreation staff, and a mile of beach all within the community grounds.
*Please note that because Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented community the rental of this house is intended for couples and families and not a group of young singles**
*This house will sleep a maximum of 10 adults in 5 bedrooms or 10 adults and 5 children including the bunk beds*
Upon arrival at Ocean Lakes you will need to register your vehicle and pay Ocean Lakes directly $3.00 per day for parking pass.
From Memorial Day to Labor Day I will only accept weekly rentals Saturday to Saturday.

ckeck out time is 10:00 am
A deposit of $400 is required for reservation and all money due must be paid 30 days prior to arrival date .If you would need to cancel and I am able to re-rent house then all money would be returned to you except for $50.00 for administrative fee. |
