We have stayed in this beautiful well-furnished condo for many years. The three bedrooms and 3 full baths are perfect for our family. The kitchen and living area is spacious and open. Both are well furnished. We especially enjoy sipping coffee on the porch in the mornings while listening to the ocean waves crash onto shore. Being only steps from the beach is nice also. The pool out back is convenient and private also. We also appreciate being able to walk to the store, restaurants and putt-putt. We highly recommend this jewel of a condo!!!!!!!

We have just returned from a 10 day stay at Fernandina Cay. We were there for a family reunion and visited with family who live in Fernandina Beach----only a mile from "our condo'". The condo was perfect for the seven if us ranging in age from 10 months to 79. Spacious, very attractive and well appointed. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for morning coffee. The kitchen had everything we needed---two of our family went fly fishing in the wet lands and brought home our supper. Delicious. The condo is well situated: near the beach, near Fort Clinch, and close to downtown. Furthermore it is but 30 minutes from the Jacksonville airport. Convenient for us as we flew in from different directions: Seattle, Southern California and Berlin, Germany. If you are looking for comfortable, clean, attractive lodging in a particularly interesting historical area I would highly recommend staying at this condo. I communicated with the owner via e-mail and telephone and found her to be helpful and very cordial.

Stayed here for family vacation- 5 adults (ages 35-72) and 1 child (5 yrs old). Absolutely one of the best places we've stayed. The kitchen was very well equipped. Loved the balcony, the beach, the pool, everything. The owner was responsive to all our needs and even called right after we arrived to make sure everything was okay. Will definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at this condo with a great view and easy walk to the beach. It was as described and had the feel of being at home. We cooked in and grilled most evenings, and the kitchen was better stocked than any other rental home or condo we've stayed at. We've used vrbo often for vacations and felt that this was the nicest we've found - it had everything we needed and more. The owner is very responsive and helpful as well. We'd highly recommend it to anyone and hope to return ourselves. It is close to the state park which has great running and biking trails and beautiful scenery. It's also within biking distance to tennis courts and the town of Ferdinandina for shopping, walking, or ice cream. We also enjoyed the nearby nature trail along the creek where you can see osprey, eagles, and other neat birds (and an alligator).

Had a fantastic time with a great location. Good access to beach ( 100 yards ) and close to nature walking trail and 2 miles of sidewalk to downtown Fernandina waterfront. Condo was in great shape with all the amenities of home. Beautiful spacious kitchen just like home. Would highly recommend this property for any period of time. Used the outdoor built-in grill numerous times.

We love vacationing in this condo. Make our second trip to stay there this year and plan to stay there next summer. The furnishings are lovely and very comfortable. Absolutely spotless!!! Fabulous kitchen with everything you need! It is in a quiet location across the street from the beach. This aspect is fine with us. The balcony at the condo is comfortable and we sit out there and people watch. Kid friendly. Very private with underground parking and coded elevator access to the condo. We felt very safe there. We cannot say enough nice things about the owner and the condo. We really enjoy staying there on our vacations. Highly recommend this condo for a relaxing vacation.

We rented this luxury condo from 9/3/10 to 9/6/10. The owner was very resonsive and helpful. The condo is very nicely furnished and we really enjoyed the large kitchen. Our party included four adults, one teenager and a 15 month baby. The main beach across the road was a very short walk and the lifeguard station was right there. The condo pool was very clean and we had it to ourselves both times we used it. I could not believe how quiet it was in the condo. We could not hear outside traffic.
Recommended for:Families with young children.
