My family and I along friends stayed at this lovely condo. Our group found this unit to be very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pictures and description are accurate. The beach and pool access could not be better. The view is breathtaking! We found the management and maintenance staff to be very helpful and friendly. They took great care to make sure that only guests were on the property so we always felt safe and secure. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway condo, this is for you. We would definitely return. Linda was great to work with too!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

Really nice family vacation. Condo was quite when needed to be, room clean & what was expecting.. which was what pictures shown, none of the un-wanted surprises! Loved the private beach. Would take any day over taller high rises & over crowding! Would love to stay again, & hope to be doing just that next year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

This was an excellent condo and the pictures on VRBO are really how the place looks. The condo was nicely furnished and comfortable. The 4th floor balcony view was fantastic as it directly overlooked the Gulf. The only negative thing I could say about the unit was that there was very little dry food storage space. We had a lot of food on the bar. The beach was for owners and guests only and this kept the beaches from being crowded. We loved the two chairs and umbrella that came free with the rental. We stayed on the beach all day because of them. Great restaurants and shopping are very close by. We were very impressed with the owner and the cleaning crew as they called us shortly after we left at the end of our week to tell us our daughter's IPad was still at the unit. We are very appreciative of their honesty! If you want a three bedroom condo directly on the Gulf, you would be hard pressed to find one better than this one!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
