We have been staying at the Edgewater for several years. A friend turned me on to this VRBO unit in this building and also highly recommends it. The unit is very clean, nicely appointed, has everything you need, but most of all has a deck to die for. We lived in the captains chairs, reading, enjoying the sound of the surf, stunning views and gulf breezes. If you can - don't miss this one, it is worth every penny and the memories are priceless.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had such an enjoyable week. The weather was perfect, and the ocean just magnificent. The unit was even better than the pictures, and well stocked with everything you might need. Donna is very easy to work with. Responds quickly to questions about book. This is a very quiet building. Kids of all ages were there, but with the pool and beach just steps away, it was great. We look forward to next year.

This place is great. I have stayed in Donna's unit several times and she is the best person in the world to work with when trying to book a unit. We love the location because it is close to all our favorite eating places and places we like to go. It's great to be able to sit on the couch and look out the window and see the water. I know we will be back and actually I am forwarding the information to a friend that is interested in staying their next Spring. Thanks Donna we had a wonderful stay.

Our Summer vacation of 2010 was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the Arkell's and their beautiful home! The unique situation of the Gulf Oil spill put everyone in an unexpected and unfamiliar situation. Should we cancel our plans at the Gulf? How would the oil affect the beaches? What about the routine deposit/refund 'rules'? Well, we were not to worry! It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Donna through all of the ups and downs in that scenario. She was always understanding of our concerns, gave us consistent updates and even waived our deposit and held the unit up until the very last minute..and we are SO glad we did not cancel!! The unit exceeded our expectations! It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and VERY convenient to lots of area sites/activities...within walking distance of much! I would love to visit again in the very near future and would highly reccommend my closest friends and family to stay as well.

This condo is excellent ! Beautiful view from the large patio. Lots of nice chairs to set and view the ocean. The master bedroom is a good size and so comfortable. Very quite so we could sleep a little late without hearing outside noise or noise from our teenagers in the other part of the condo. We had everthing we needed for a comfortable stay and even extras you would never believe would be there. The property is clean and well maintained. Donna was very helpful and friendly. It was like staying in a friends condo. She really wants you to have a great vacation and does all she can to help with that. I will recommend this property to all my friends, family and co-workers.

My wife and I have stayed in this condo for a month for the past three years. The stay has always been an excellent experience with wonderful accomindations. The owners are great to work with, and they make sure your stay is a pleasant one. The decorations are beautiful, furnishings are clean and very colorful and comfortable. My wife wants a Master bedroom and walk-in closet like the one at condo at home now, oh boy ! that's not going to happen. Coffee on the balcony over looking the pool and ocean view in the morning is FANTASTIC !!!! We love the Place !!!

We visited June 6-13, 2009. The condo was very clean, neat and had everythingwe needed. The view from the balcony was excellent. The walk over to the beach was very easy and secure. Donna was very easy to work with and provided us with everything promised. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who wants to visit Destin. It's a great place!

This place is fabulous! Donna was great to work with...VERY helpful and was easy to maintain contact with! The condo is super clean and decorated beautifully! The balcony has a great view of the beach! It's stocked with almost anything you can thing of! I recommend this stay to anyone who is headed to San-Destin/Destin area!!

We visited Surfside May 2008. This was my first time to stay at this location. I would recommend it to everyone. It is a great location, near everything and is away from heavy traffic. The room is very orderly and nicely decorated. Donna was a pleasure to do business with as well. I look forward to booking my next trip to Surfside 803!

We spent Jan & Feb, 2008 in this lovely condo. We have been visiting Surfside for the last 6 years and this is one of the very best units we have stayed in. The kitchen is well equiped and the furniture is very new and comfortable. It was very clean and needless to say, we enjoyed our stay very much. Your lovely condo was perfect for our family of four. We liked the split floor plan and the children loved having a balcony with a view, from their own bedroom. The location was ideal: an easy, quick walk to the beach, close to shopping, and a nice restaurant right in-house. We will be back again!

My family of 3 and neighbors of 2 stayed in this condo and it was wonderful. The minute we walked in the door, we fell in love with it. The colors are so refreshing and the view is wonderful. It is conveniently located to restaurants and shops. We had a blast at the beach and pool. We have already decided we will return next year and I have recommended this condo to other friends.
