Second Bedroom has a Queen size bed with TV, Third Bedroom has two twin beds and a TV with DVD, Fourth Bedroom has a full size futon bed and is located on the first floor: Full size pull out sofa in living room.
Located just 2 short blocks from the beach. MUST CROSS RT 35 South and RT 35 North to get to the beach. Off-Street Parking for three to four cars. Walk to the supermarket, liquor store, restaurants, shops, boat rental facilities, arcade, miniature golf and more. A Rental facility for cribs, extra beds, linens, towels is nearby.
Renters must be 25 years or older and provide proof of identity such as driver's license and a $500 Refundable Security Deposit.
