Beachgoers share the waves with Surfers, Kayakers, Dolphins, and Otters in front of our home! Seabirds are abundant! Explore the tidepools, dunes, and rocks. Search for shells on the beach. Fish in the surf. Boogie boarding and Kite-flying are always a favorite. Winter Sunsets are awesome, especially in front of the fireplace with a good book.
Add all this to a beautiful Golf Course within three miles, deep-sea fishing, Hearst Castle, Wine Tasting at some of the best Wineries on the Central Coast, observing the elephant seals, monarch butterflies and blue herons, kayaking in the estuary, shopping on the Embarcadero, Art galleries in Cambria and, of course, San Luis Obispo with its Farmer's Market and Mission. Highway One is one of the most scenic roads in America.
Special community events include the January Bird Festival, Cayucos Fourth of July Parade and Morro Bay Fireworks, Morro Bay October Harbor Fest, and the December Boat Parade. There is something for everyone, especially fun and relaxation!!
