My husband and two boys, 7 and 10, stayed at this wonderful beach house for a week. It was all and more of what was described. The owners really do care about their house and the people who stay here. Our two boys loved that they could run down the bluff to the beach and play by themselves. We would walk to the tide pools everyday, finding new and interesting things. We saw the cute little resident sea otter playing in the tide pool area. The house is so cozy, it felt like we were home, even our boys felt the same way. Definitely take the owners suggestion about using the steamer and fresh seafood from Giovannis and the food at Taco Temple was simply deliscious. All the amenities you need and more are waiting when you arrive. The view from the house was so incredible, we couldn't stop staring out over the ocean at the beautiful pristine coast. We left a few times to do some sightseeing but most of the time we all just wanted to stay at the house and enjoy it. The owners were so helpful with all the suggestions, we can't wait to plan another visit.

Our family just returned from a wonderful stay in this amazing beach house. The photos do not do justice to this place. The home is impeccably maintained and well stocked. The front of the home has a great open layout, and with the shades open, you can see out across the pacific as you're preparing your meal in the kitchen. And what a view! It feels like you're getting a personal private viewing of the sunset from the front porch. And it was a pleasure communicating with the owner. From the information packet they send via email (and I do suggest you take up on the owners suggestion for a seafood bake using the steamer in the garage.. outstanding!), to all the attention to detail around the home (beach toys for kids, binoculars for bird & dolphin watching, plush towels and linens), you can tell the owner has great pride in the property and wants the guest's stay to be perfect. We spent our days playing a couple of the golf courses in the area. The Morro Bay Golf Course is very charming and highly underrated. We enjoyed it better than Monarch Dunes. At the end of our rounds, we found ourselves looking forward to getting "home" to relax to the sound of the waves and enjoying dinner with the gorgeous views. Highly recommended! We will be back!

My family and I stayed in this wonderful home for three nights during the Savor the Central Coast event. The beach is steps from the front deck and we felt we had it to ourselves. Every need was anticipated in the decorating and stocking of this home: three flat-screen TVs, a BOSE sound system, fully-equipt kitched, lovely linens and towels, new appliances and updated bathrooms. The house was spotless. But what pleased us most was the magnificent view that surrounded us as we relaxed in the front room. We absolutely love this house.

We just returned from a wonderful four-night stay at this house, and it is exactly as advertised - better, even. It's clean, well-stocked, and has one of the best locations in all of Morro Bay. You're on the northern edge of town, as far away from the power plant as can be, right on the water, and at the end of a dead end street, which keeps the car traffic down to a minimum. We spent a lot of the time simply sitting on the deck taking it all in. The owner was also very easy to deal with. Would happily return.

This "Beach House" in Morro Bay was perfect for a three couple weekend getaway. Everything was above and beyond what we had expected. The home was comfortable, extremely clean and very cozy. The owners directions, local information and recommendations were helpful and welcomed. This home is equipped with everything needed to have an enjoyable and stress free stay. Thanks for the great weather and wonderful view too!

The family memories we were able to create at this wonderful beach house will be treasured for a lifetime. With lots of family and friends within 30 miles from Morro Bay we had everything here to share many relaxing dinners and sunsets during our 3 week stay. The BBQ, fire pit, and outdoor chairs made it possible for all to sit out on the deck and eat and enjoy the ocean view. The tub of beach toys in the garage added an extra treat for our grandkids. The kite surfers flying, birds diving, and the dolfins jumping...PRICELESS!

I spent my 50th birthday at the Beach House, and it was the perfect way to transition into a new decade! As an avid cook, I was delighted to find everything I needed to make a birthday brunch for friends. While we didn't spend nearly as much time at the house itself as I would have liked, it was a delightful home base for exploring the area. Next time: more sleeping in and listening to the ocean!

Ahhhh.......the sound of the waves, the feel of ocean breezes, the sound of birds calling, the sip from a glass of wine.......I wish there were words to describe the deliciousness of this Beach House. It was a perfect respite from the hectic southern california life. I couldn't drag my Colorado and Kansas relatives away from your home....it is that wonderful and perfect! Thank you for letting us enjoy your wonderful, comforting home.......if a home can hug, this one does!!

We had a great time here with two children (ages 10 & 14), two parents, and two grandparents. The view from the house is spectacular. It was easy to see the kids from the front deck. The beach in front of the house was perfect for boogie boarding because of its gentle slope. The house itself was very nice and looked like the photos on the website. The location was perfect.

This vacation house is a real treasure! Everything in it is clean, functional and carefully thought out. Its kitchen is better-equipped than my own. Also, the king bed I slept in was sooooo comfortable! The house is a nice size, with a delightful, cozy atmosphere. Its location is amazing and so are the views. My group had great fun beachcombing every day, finding interesting seashells and rocks. We liked this place so much that we are already talking about a return.

WONDERFUL!!! We hosted my mother and sisters from Montana and Virginia in Morro Bay for a large family Chirstmas. 5 of us stayed in the beach house. No one wanted to leave the house and our guests really didn't want to go home! The house was clean and obviously well cared for, the views are awsome, and the location was perfect. We were extremely comfortable and felt very pampered and priviledged to have the use of this home. We hope to return soon with other parts of our family.

This is by far the most outstanding Beach get away you can experience. The home is everything you could want and more. The home is equiped as if you were in your own home. The views are breathtaking and the location perfect. Even a rainy day could not take away the beautiful views and comfort of this home. Susan is a dear, and very easy to work with, and can provide a wealth of information about the area. The home of Susan and Chuck surely shows pride of ownership, and an investment for a wonderful vacation for their tenants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Beach House. Perfect location with great view of the entire coastline. The house was perfect for our family (much larger than we expected) and being right next to the beach is great for kids. We are already planning our trip back next summer.

On the recommendation of our children, who reside in So. Cal., we found the gem of the central coast. The house we found here we both beautiful and exceeded all of our expectations as to what a beach cottage should be. It rivals the time we have spent in Cape Cod, the Vinyard, and Block Island. We will again travel from our home in Connecticut to enjoy another Fourth of July seafood boil(Giovanni's Fish Market) on the deck, of this adorable beach home.

Spectacular home. We have stayed here every year for the last 5 years. The home is clean and beautifully decorated. You really feel like you have gotten away and have experienced the central coast. Fun with kids and as a romantic get away...in fact, we were married right in front of the house!! Wine tasting is right around the corner and surpasses Napa and Sonoma (no crowds or traffic). Owners take great pride in this home. A must stay!!!
