Relax in a deck chair and enjoy the serene coy fish pond and waterfall. Or, during the winter, curl up on the sofa in front of the fireplace after a day of skiing or snow mobiling. Ideal for a couple or a larger family. Kids of all ages love the "Cottage."
Located in the private, historic Fort Ground Neighborhood, you can avoid the hassles of tourist traffic. Besides the lake and downtown areas, we are two blocks from the Spokane River for feeding the ducks and fishing, the City Ballpark, & Skateboard Park. Cottage By-the-Lake! So fully equipped! You only need to bring your clothes and buy your food at a local market.

- Pet Friendly: Mannerly dogs are welcome. There is a $10 charge per day for your dog. Owners must clean up after their dog. Dogs may not swim in the backyard pond or be allowed unsupervised in the residence, front & back yards.
